Mostly, yes. 798 of the 919 tools are free for everyone, with no account, no trial and no limit. The 121 Pro and Business tools can be tried free every day: each Pro tool comes with 3 free uses a day and each Business tool with 1 free use a day. A pass lifts that daily limit. Most tools run entirely in your browser, so your files and text stay on your device; each tool page says whether it uses the network.

Each Pro or Business tool shows a small Pro or Business label next to its name on its own page, and also on its cards and rows, in search results, in saved and recently used tools, in suggestions, on the categories overview and in the A–Z index; a tool whose own page has no such label is free. Pro tools are the essential premium tools: converting PDFs to and from Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and PDFs to HTML or Markdown; reading text from images and scans (OCR); editing, signing, protecting and unlocking PDFs; comparing documents and spreadsheets; AI tools; converting and editing audio and video; invoices, quotations, contracts and legal documents; design editors, logos, business cards and mockups; merging, splitting and joining spreadsheets; developer playgrounds and API testing; batch work on many files; and large files and high resolutions. Business tools are the tools organisations use: mail merge; payroll and HR documents; shipping and purchasing documents; and company documents. A Business pass unlocks every tool, Pro tools included. Examples of each kind are listed above, under Which tools each plan includes.

A use is one visit to a tool page in which you really used the tool, so reading its guide is never a use. Uses are counted for each tool in this browser and start again at 00:00 UTC (05:30 in India). When today’s free uses of a tool are used up, the tool pauses and says what you can do: wait for tomorrow, buy a pass or enter a licence key. Free uses are counted only while a pass that unlocks the tool can be bought here; until then, every tool works without a daily limit.

• No ads, sponsored or affiliate placements in the browsers where you enter your licence key
• 10 times the hourly limit of every server-side check (300–600 instead of 30–60 requests an hour), up to half of its daily capacity

No. A pass is a single payment and never charges you again. Shortly before it ends, the licence section on this page reminds you in the browser that holds your key. Buy another pass of the same plan in that browser and its time is added to the same key, after your current pass ends. (Keys we issued to you by hand cannot be extended this way: a new pass then comes with its own key.)

Your key is saved in the browser where you bought the pass. On another device or browser, open this page, go to Licence key and paste the key. You can copy or download the key from the licence section at any time; the page you return to after paying offers the download too.

Contact us with your order reference (it starts with “ord” and is shown after your purchase and in the key file) or the receipt from the payment provider. We can issue a new key for your order; the old key then stops working.

Rupees (INR) for buyers in India, paid through Razorpay with Indian payment methods such as UPI and cards issued in India. US dollars (USD) for everyone else, paid through a merchant of record that handles tax for your country. The page picks one from your browser’s language and time zone; switch it at the top of the page and this browser remembers your choice.

Passes are not refunded if you change your mind, so try the tools free every day before you buy. We do refund if you were charged twice or the wrong amount, or if a fault on our side stopped your pass from working and we could not fix it; the money goes back through the payment provider you used. The refund policy has the details, including the rights the law gives you.

An order record: the order reference, the pass, its price and currency, the payment provider and its payment reference, the status and the dates. MySmartCoPilot never sees your card or bank details and does not store your name or email address with the order. Your licence key is stored only as a hash. The privacy policy has the details.

No. MySmartCoPilot has no accounts: your licence key is your proof of purchase, so keep it somewhere safe, for example in a password manager.

MySmartCoPilot runs on free hosting plans. Passes help pay for it, and some pages may show clearly labelled ads, sponsored placements or affiliate links; those never change how a tool works or what it calculates. See the advertising disclosure and the affiliate disclosure.
