Your business
Kept in this browser for the MySmartCoPilot GST tools; never uploaded.
Your sales data
One row per item, or one per invoice and GST rate. Refunds in Shopify and WooCommerce exports become credit notes; add a product list for HSN codes the exports do not have.
Or paste rows from a spreadsheet
Product list optional
SKU or item name, HSN/SAC code, GST rate and unit for each product. It fills in what the sales data leaves out — shop exports have no HSN codes, and orders with several GST rates need each item’s rate.
Columns
Matched from the headings and remembered for files with the same headings. Correct any that are wrong; fields marked required must have a column.
First rows of the sheet
Check
No problems found.

Your design — logo, signature, bank and UPI details, terms
Kept in this browser for your next run; images never leave it.
The first documents of the run
MySmartCoPilot makes the documents in your browser and never sends them anywhere — no e-mail, no upload. The tax invoices use the Invoice Generator’s template, the notes the Credit Note Generator’s and the slips the Packing Slip Generator’s.

About the Bulk Invoice Generator (Excel or CSV to GST Invoices)
Make every invoice of a sales sheet at once. Load an Excel or CSV register (one row per item, or one per invoice and rate — from Tally, Busy, Vyapar, Zoho or your own sheet), a Shopify, WooCommerce or Amazon order export, or invoices saved by the Invoice Generator. Match the columns once — the choice is remembered — and every row is checked before anything is made: GSTIN check characters, State codes, place of supply and CGST + SGST or IGST, HSN/SAC digits, rates and totals, with the row number of each problem.
The invoices are made with the Invoice Generator’s template — your logo, signature, bank and UPI details — in the copies you need (original, duplicate, triplicate), on A4, A5 or an 80 or 58 mm thermal roll, as a ZIP of PDFs named by invoice number or one file to print, with a register CSV. Refunds in shop exports become credit notes, and each invoice can get its packing slip. Numbers can continue the Invoice Generator’s series. Documents only: nothing is e-mailed or uploaded.
How to use it
- Enter your business details once — GSTIN, legal name, address — and, under “Your design”, your logo, signature, bank details and UPI ID (or copy them from the Invoice Generator).
- Load the sales data. For a shop export, pick the preset (it is recognised automatically) and, if the export has no HSN codes, add a product list with the SKU, HSN/SAC and GST rate of each product.
- Check the column matching and fix the errors the check lists, in your sheet; documents with errors are left out.
- Choose tax or proforma invoices, the paper (A4, A5 or thermal), the copies, and whether to keep the sheet’s invoice numbers or start a new series — for example continuing the Invoice Generator’s.
- Look at the free preview of the first documents, then, with a Premium pass, download the ZIP of PDFs (invoices, credit notes and packing slips in their own folders, plus register.csv), or one PDF to print in date order; “First document only” makes just the first.
- If you numbered a new series, let the Invoice Generator continue after the last number of the run.

Common uses
- Shops on Shopify, WooCommerce or Amazon issuing GST invoices for a day’s or a month’s orders.
- Traders whose billing software keeps the sales register but prints invoices one at a time.
- Accountants making clients’ invoices, credit notes and packing slips from one sheet.
- Counters printing receipt-style tax invoices on 80 mm or 58 mm thermal printers.
What is checked before anything is made
- GSTINs: the check character of yours and each customer’s, and that the State code matches the customer’s State.
- Place of supply and tax type: CGST + SGST within your State, IGST outside it, for SEZ supplies and exports.
- HSN/SAC codes: at least 4 digits, or 6 when your turnover is above ₹5 crore (Notification 78/2020–Central Tax), and whether a code is a service.
- Rates and amounts: GST rates that exist, quantity × price − discount = taxable value, tax = rate × taxable value, and the sheet’s invoice total.
- Numbers and dates: document numbers of up to 16 letters, digits, hyphens and slashes (rule 46(b)), rows of one invoice that disagree, and dates in the future.
Copies, paper and files
Rule 48(1) of the CGST Rules, 2017 asks for goods invoices in triplicate — the original for the recipient, the duplicate for the transporter and the triplicate for the supplier — and rule 48(2) for services invoices in duplicate, the original for the recipient and the duplicate for the supplier; each copy is printed with its label, and an invoice of services only gets those two labels whichever copies you tick. A5 pages are the A4 template at half size; thermal rolls get a receipt layout with the same particulars and, when you give a UPI ID, a UPI QR code for the amount due. The ZIP holds one PDF per document named by its number, in folders for invoices, credit and debit notes and packing slips, and register.csv lists every document with its taxes and file.
Numbering
Keep the numbers of your sheet, or give the invoices a new consecutive series in date order — rule 46(b) allows one or more series of up to 16 characters. The series counts up the last group of digits (INV/26-27/0042, INV/26-27/0043 …), credit notes are pointed at their invoices’ new numbers, and after the run the Invoice Generator can be set to continue where it ended.
Shop exports
Shopify orders exports, WooCommerce order exports and Amazon’s Merchant Tax Report are read with their own columns: prices with tax included are worked back to taxable values, shipping and discounts are spread to the right lines, cancelled orders are left out and refunds become credit notes dated as you choose. Exports have no HSN codes, so a product list (SKU or name, HSN/SAC, GST rate) fills them in; the same list settles the rate of each item in orders with more than one rate.
Limitations
- Amounts are in rupees; an invoice discount given after tax and cess on a line are not shown on the template (the run says when a sheet has them).
- On A4 and A5 the UPI ID is printed as text with the payment details; only thermal receipts carry a UPI QR code.
- E-invoices (IRN and QR code) are made by the IRP: prepare the upload with the E-Invoice JSON Generator.
- Very large runs take a while in the browser; split a year into months if the page becomes slow.
Privacy
Your sales data, logo, signature and the PDFs stay in your browser; nothing is uploaded or e-mailed. Your business details, design and column choices are kept in this browser for the next run.
Frequently asked questions
What do I get without a pass?
Without a pass, Bulk Invoice Generator (Excel or CSV to GST Invoices) shows the checks of every document, with the first ones (up to 3) as page images marked “MySmartCoPilot preview · not for use”; the rest are counted, not made. Until you unlock it, the result can’t be downloaded. A Premium or Ultimate pass, a one-time payment that never renews, unlocks the full result. The pricing page lists the passes and their prices.
Does it send the invoices to my customers?
No. It makes the documents — PDFs and the register — for you to print, send or archive yourself. Nothing leaves your browser.
Which copies should I print?
For goods, rule 48(1) asks for three: original for the recipient, duplicate for the transporter, triplicate for you. For services, rule 48(2) asks for two: the original for the recipient and a duplicate for you. Tick the copies for your goods invoices; an invoice of services only gets ORIGINAL FOR RECIPIENT for the original, and DUPLICATE FOR SUPPLIER for a ticked duplicate or triplicate.
Can it number the invoices for me?
Yes. Choose “A new series” and the first number; invoices are numbered in date order, and the run tells you the last number used so the Invoice Generator can continue from it.
My Shopify export has no HSN codes. What do I do?
Add a product list under “Product list”: a sheet with the SKU (or item name), HSN/SAC code and GST rate of each product, and of the shipping charge if you charge one. It is used while the page is open; load it again with your next export.
Will the PDFs look like the Invoice Generator’s?
Yes — tax invoices use the same template, credit notes the Credit Note Generator’s and packing slips the Packing Slip Generator’s, with your logo, colour and signature.
