Refund policy
Passes are optional: most tools are free, and the others can be tried free every day, so you can see whether a tool works for you before you pay. Passes are one-time payments that never renew, and sales are final.
The short version
-
All sales are final
Passes are not refunded if you change your mind, so try Pro and Business tools free every day before you buy.
-
When we refund
If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, or a fault on our side stopped your pass from working and we could not fix it.
-
Back the way you paid
Refunds go through the provider that took your payment, to the same card, UPI account or bank.
-
Your rights stay
Where the law or the payment provider gives you more, for example a longer withdrawal period, that applies.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to passes bought on the pricing page: one-time payments for 1 week, 30 days or 1 year of a paid plan, delivered as a licence key. It is part of the terms of sale. MySmartCoPilot (mysmartcopilot.com) is operated by MySmartCoPilot Support Team. In these pages, “MySmartCoPilot”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MySmartCoPilot Support Team.
Voluntary contributions on the support page are gifts, not purchases, and this policy does not cover them.
All sales are final
A pass is a one-time payment for 1 week, 30 days or 1 year of a paid plan. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Because most tools are free, and the others can be tried free every day, you can check that a tool does what you need before you buy, and passes are not refunded if you change your mind, however much or little you used them.
When we refund
We refund a pass only:
- when you were charged twice for the same pass, or charged a different amount than the price shown: we refund the extra amount at any time;
- when a fault on MySmartCoPilot’s side stopped your pass from working and we could not fix it within a reasonable time: we refund the part of the pass you could not use;
- where the law gives you a right to a refund (see your legal rights), or the payment provider’s own policy does (see Paddle and Dodo Payments).
We may refuse a refund where there is clear evidence of fraud or abuse.
How to ask for a refund
- Write to us through the contact form or at [email protected] .
- Include your order reference (it starts with “ord” and is shown after you pay and in the licence key file) or the receipt from the payment provider, and the email address the provider sent the receipt to, so that we can find the payment.
We reply to the address you write from and, when a refund is due, ask the payment provider to send it. If you paid in US dollars, you can also ask the merchant of record directly (see Paddle and Dodo Payments).
How the money comes back
Refunds are always paid through the provider that took your payment, to the same payment method: Razorpay for payments in rupees, Paddle or Dodo Payments for payments in US dollars. MySmartCoPilot never has your card or bank details, so it cannot pay you back any other way. How long the money takes to reach you after the provider processes the refund depends on the provider and on your bank or card issuer.
A refund covers the full amount you paid, including any tax the merchant of record charged. Payment fees are never deducted from your refund. If you paid in a currency other than your account’s, the amount you get back can differ slightly because of exchange rates, which MySmartCoPilot does not control.
What happens to your pass
A refunded pass ends when the provider confirms the refund. If its time was added to a key that holds other passes, only the refunded pass’s time is removed and the key keeps working for the rest; otherwise the key stops working. A partial refund ends the pass in the same way. The same applies when a payment is reversed by a dispute or chargeback.
Payments through Paddle or Dodo Payments
When you pay in US dollars, Paddle or Dodo Payments sells the pass to you as merchant of record: they handle the payment, tax and receipts, and their buyer terms apply to the sale as well as this policy. We ask them to refund you whenever this policy says you get a refund. If their policy, or the law, gives you more, the more generous rule applies.
- Paddle: refund policy and buyer terms. You can also ask through the support link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net.
- Dodo Payments: buyer terms. You can also contact Dodo Payments as those terms describe.
Payments in rupees go through Razorpay, which processes the payment for MySmartCoPilot; refunds are made by MySmartCoPilot through Razorpay.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that consumer law gives you where you live. For example, consumers in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the UK usually have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, unless they agreed to get it straight away and to lose that right.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us first: a refund through this policy is usually faster than a dispute with your bank. A dispute or chargeback that reverses a payment ends the pass it paid for, as a refund does.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The policy on this page is always the current version, and significant changes are announced on the site. A change never takes away a refund you could already ask for under the policy that applied when you bought your pass.
