About these terms

These terms apply to your use of MySmartCoPilot, its tools, the Developer API and everything else on the site. MySmartCoPilot (mysmartcopilot.com) is operated by MySmartCoPilot Support Team. In these pages, “MySmartCoPilot”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MySmartCoPilot Support Team.

By using MySmartCoPilot you agree to these terms and to the policies they refer to: the privacy policy, cookies & storage and the disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

MySmartCoPilot offers online tools that run in your web browser. You do not need an account. We may add, change, pause or remove tools and features at any time. Features that use our server, such as the server-side checks of some tools, the contact form, the newsletter sign-up and the Developer API, can pause automatically for everyone, pass holders included, when a free daily hosting allowance runs out, and come back after midnight UTC.

We aim to keep everything working, but we do not promise that any tool or feature will always be available or will work in every browser.

What is free

Most tools are free, with or without a pass, and need no account. Free tools that work in your browser have no usage limit; the few server-side checks have fair hourly limits for everyone. Pro and Business tools, whose pages say so, can be used free a limited number of times a day; the pricing page shows how many. These free uses are counted in your browser, and only while a pass that unlocks the tool can be bought. MySmartCoPilot sells optional passes that lift that daily limit, switch off ads and raise the limits of the server-side checks; Buying a pass below sets out the terms of sale. If we offer a way to support MySmartCoPilot voluntarily, a contribution is a gift: it does not buy a product or service and does not change what you can use.

Buying a pass

These terms of sale apply when you buy a pass on the pricing page, together with the refund policy.

What you buy

A pass is a licence key for 1 week, 30 days or 1 year from when your payment is confirmed. While it lasts, it gives you what the pricing page lists for its plan, and only passes whose benefits work today are sold:

• In the browsers where you enter the key: every Pro tool with no daily limit (with a Business pass, every Pro and Business tool), and no ads, sponsored or affiliate placements.
• Higher hourly limits for the server-side checks (the tools that need MySmartCoPilot’s server to do their job, such as checking a web address): with Pro, 10 times the limit without a pass; with Business, about 33 times. For example, a check that allows 30 requests an hour without a pass allows 300 with Pro and 1,000 with Business. One licence may use half of a check’s daily capacity with Pro and all of it with Business (one connection without a pass: a quarter). Your browser sends the key with each check so that these limits apply.
• With a Business pass, the key also works as a Developer API key: 120 requests a minute counted per key, up to 10,000 calls a month. Using the API without a key (60 requests a minute per IP address) stays open to everyone.

A pass raises limits; it does not guarantee that a server-side check or the API is available at every moment. They run on free hosting allowances, so they can pause for everyone, pass holders included: when a daily allowance runs low, until 00:00 UTC.

Price and payment

• The price is shown on the pricing page and on the buy button before you pay. A pass is a one-time payment: it never renews and never charges you again. There is no account and no subscription.
• Payments in rupees (INR) are taken by Razorpay on its own payment page, and MySmartCoPilot is the seller. Payments in US dollars (USD) are taken by Paddle or Dodo Payments, which sell the pass to you as merchant of record: they handle sales tax, VAT and GST, issue your receipt or invoice, and their buyer terms (Paddle, Dodo Payments) apply to that sale as well.
• MySmartCoPilot adds no fees. Where tax has to be added on top of the price shown (for example US sales tax), the merchant of record shows it before you pay.
• MySmartCoPilot never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.

Delivery of your licence key

Your licence key is shown on this site as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment, and saved in the browser you bought it in. Keep a copy: there are no accounts, so the key is your proof of purchase. If you lose it, contact us with your order reference or the provider’s receipt and we can issue a new key for your order; the old key then stops working.

Using your key

Your key is for you: use it on your own devices and browsers and, as the API key of a Business pass, on your own servers. Do not publish, share, sell or transfer it. We may revoke a key that is shared publicly, resold or used for fraud. If we revoke a pass for any other reason, we refund the part you could not use.

Buying again

Buying another pass of the same plan in a browser that holds an active key from an earlier purchase adds the new time to that key, after the current pass ends. A pass for a different plan, or on top of a key we issued to you by hand, comes with its own key.

Refunds

Sales are final: passes are not refunded if you change your mind, because Pro and Business tools can be tried free every day first. We refund a pass when you were charged twice or the wrong amount, when a fault on our side stopped it from working and we could not fix it, or where the law requires a refund. The refund policy explains how to ask. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the pass it paid for.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy a pass.

Changes

A change to these terms or to what passes include never takes anything away from a pass you have already bought: it keeps what it included when you paid, until it ends.

Acceptable use

You may use MySmartCoPilot for any lawful purpose. You must not:

• use it to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright and privacy;
• create documents meant to deceive, such as invoices or quotations for supplies that never happened or with false tax details;
• create QR codes, links or files that lead people to phishing, malware or scams;
• send spam, malware, threats or abusive content through the contact form;
• try to break, overload or get around the protections of our servers, for example by flooding the forms or the API, evading rate limits or scanning for vulnerabilities;
• call the site’s internal /api/ endpoints from anywhere except MySmartCoPilot pages, or use the Developer API beyond its published limits or with someone else’s key;
• copy the site wholesale, or pretend to be MySmartCoPilot or to speak for it.

Found a security problem? Please tell us privately through the contact form (topic “Privacy or data request”) and give us time to fix it before you tell anyone else.

Your files, text and results

What you type, paste or open in a tool stays on your device, except in the few tools that say on their page that they send it over the network (they are listed in the privacy policy). We claim no rights over your input or over the results you create. You are responsible for having the right to use the files and text you process.

Keep your original files until you have checked the results. Some operations change data on purpose, for example image compression lowers quality and some conversions drop formatting or metadata. Like most PDF software, the PDF and document tools name MySmartCoPilot as the producing software in the document properties of files they create or change. Drafts and settings that your browser keeps for you (see cookies & storage) are lost if your browser storage is cleared.

Results and accuracy

We test the tools with known-correct examples, but results can still be wrong, incomplete or out of date because of a bug, an unusual input, rounding, a browser limitation or a change in the law. You are responsible for checking results before you rely on them, especially for money, tax, legal, medical, security or business decisions.

Finance and tax tools give estimates for general information. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Suggestions from the Ask MySmartCoPilot tool finder are generated automatically, sometimes by an AI model, and may not fit your task. Please read the disclaimer.

Developer API

The Developer API is free to use without a key, subject to the limits and rules published on its page. The licence key of a Business pass also works as an API key, with the per-minute limit and the monthly quota published there (see What you buy). The API has no uptime guarantee and may change or pause, also for key holders; a breaking change gets a new version path. API keys belong to the person or project they were issued to and can be revoked if they are misused or shared.

Ads, offers and other websites

MySmartCoPilot may show clearly labelled ads, sponsored content and affiliate links (see the advertising disclosure and the affiliate disclosure), and tool pages link to other websites such as official sources. We do not control those websites or the products and services they offer, and a link or an ad is not an endorsement. Anything you arrange with them is between you and them, under their terms.

Intellectual property

The MySmartCoPilot name, logo, design, text and software belong to MySmartCoPilot Support Team, except where stated otherwise. You may use the tools, and anything you create with them, for personal and commercial purposes. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back. You may not copy or republish the site, its content or its code wholesale, or present them as your own, without our permission.

Open-source software and credits

MySmartCoPilot is built with open-source software, fonts and icons, each used under its own licence. Thank you to their authors. The open-source credits page lists the libraries MySmartCoPilot depends on, with each one’s version and licence. It is generated from our code every time the site is built, so it stays up to date. Those licences, not these terms, govern your use of the libraries themselves.

Exchange rates in the currency converter are the euro foreign exchange reference rates published by the European Central Bank.

No warranty

MySmartCoPilot is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySmartCoPilot and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, business or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, its tools or their results.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid MySmartCoPilot in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Suspension

We may limit or block access, for example with rate limits or by revoking an API key, to stop abuse, to protect the service or to comply with the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The terms on this page are always the current version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page and announce it on the site. If you keep using MySmartCoPilot after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be decided by the courts of India, without taking away any mandatory right you may have to bring a claim where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us: most problems can be solved quickly.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and MySmartCoPilot about the site.
