Advertising disclosure
MySmartCoPilot is free. If it shows ads or sponsored content to cover its costs, this page explains how they are labelled and the rules they follow.
The short version
-
Always labelled
Ads say “Advertisements”, sponsorships say “Sponsored”. Never disguised as tools or results.
-
No tricks
No pop-ups, no automatic ad refreshes, and we never ask you to click an ad.
-
Report bad ads
Tell us about any ad that misleads, offends or gets in the way, and we will deal with it.

Ads on MySmartCoPilot
MySmartCoPilot can show ads from Google AdSense on some pages. Whether they are on right now is shown above. Any ads would only appear in clearly marked spaces, separate from the tools. Ads, sponsorships and affiliate links are switched on only when a real advertiser, sponsor or partner is set up; there are no placeholder or fake ads.
How paid content is labelled
Everything that is paid for, or that promotes MySmartCoPilot itself, carries one of these labels. The labels are fixed in our code.
| Label | What it means |
|---|---|
| Advertisements | An ad from an advertising network such as Google AdSense. The advertiser pays the network; MySmartCoPilot gets a share. |
| Sponsored | A placement or mention that a sponsor paid MySmartCoPilot for. |
| Affiliate link | A link that may earn MySmartCoPilot a commission if you buy something (see the affiliate disclosure). |
| From MySmartCoPilot | Something MySmartCoPilot itself offers, such as a new tool, a feature or one of our own products. |
| Support MySmartCoPilot | An optional way to support MySmartCoPilot. It never unlocks anything and is never required. |
Our rules for ads
- Ads are labelled “Advertisements” and kept visually separate from tools, results and buttons. They are never made to look like a tool, a download button, a search result or navigation.
- No pop-ups or pop-unders, and ad spaces are never refreshed automatically.
- We never ask you to click an ad and never offer rewards for clicking.
- Ads never change what a tool does or what it calculates, and advertisers have no say over our tools or guides.
- Where the law requires it, personalised ads are only shown with your consent.
Sponsored content
A sponsor may pay for a labelled placement, for example a short offer box on related tool pages. Sponsored placements are labelled “Sponsored”, are only accepted when they are relevant to the page, and cannot buy a different result, a better position in our tool lists or a favourable mention. If you are interested in sponsoring MySmartCoPilot, use the contact form (topic “Business, sponsorship or API key”).
Ad personalisation and consent
When ads from Google are on, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technology to show and measure ads and, where you allow it, to personalise them based on your visits to this and other websites. Where the law requires consent, for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, you are asked first, and you can change your choice at any time on the Cookies & storage page. You can also turn off personalised ads in Google’s My Ad Center and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. More in the privacy policy.
Report a bad ad
If an ad is misleading, offensive, a scam, or gets in the way of using a tool, please tell us:
- Open the contact form with the topic “Report a problem”.
- Include the page address, roughly when you saw the ad, what it showed and where it led, if you clicked it.
We look at every report, and we block ads that break our rules or the ad network’s policies. For Google ads you can also use the small information icon on the ad to see why it was shown and to report it to Google directly.
