This register is locked
It is encrypted in this browser. Type its passcode to open it on this device.
Forgot the passcode?
Nobody can open the register without it — not this site either, because the passcode never leaves this device. If you have an encrypted backup, delete this copy and restore the backup with its own passphrase. Otherwise you can only delete it and start again.

Follow-ups
The calendar file puts every open follow-up from today on into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, with a reminder; opening a newer file updates the same events. Calls and messages open your own phone, WhatsApp or e-mail app with the text filled in — you press Send; nothing is sent from this page.
No follow-ups yet. Open a person and press Add follow-up, or try the example data.
Pipeline
Drag a card to another stage, or use its arrows. Drop it on Won or Lost to close it. Stages and their chances of winning are yours to change under Settings.
No deals yet. Press Add deal, import deals as CSV under Data & backup, or try the example data.
People
Import from a spreadsheet or your phone’s contacts
An Excel or CSV sheet with a header row (Name, Company, Phone, E-mail, Source, Lead status … — the same columns as the template under Data & backup), or a contacts file (.vcf) saved from a phone, Google Contacts or Outlook. A person with the same e-mail address or phone number as someone already here is a duplicate: the number matches with or without its country code or a leading 0.
Companies
No companies yet. Add one, or type a company name when you add a person.
Deals
The CSV uses the column names the Sales Pipeline Analyzer reads — open the file there for the weighted forecast by month, win rates and stuck deals. It is your own data: it always downloads.
Pipeline report
You, your currency and reminders
Pipeline stages
The open stages of your pipeline, in order, each with the chance of winning a deal in it (it weights the pipeline value). Won and Lost are always there. A deal in a stage you remove moves to the first stage.
Message templates
Used for WhatsApp, SMS and e-mail from a person’s page. Placeholders: {first_name}, {name}, {company}, {deal}, {amount}, {my_name}, {business}.

Where your register is kept
In this browser on this device only (IndexedDB). It is not uploaded or copied anywhere, so clearing this browser’s site data deletes it: download an encrypted backup regularly and keep it somewhere safe.
Encrypted backup
One file with the whole register, encrypted on this device with a passphrase you choose (AES-256). Keep the file somewhere safe and the passphrase too: without it the file cannot be opened. Backups always download, also without a pass.
Restore a backup
Restoring replaces the register on this device with the one in the file. A passcode set on this device stays.
Passcode lock
Export
Your register is yours: these files always download, also without a pass. CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice; the JSON file is the whole register, not encrypted.
Import
Bring contact records in from a spreadsheet saved as CSV: the first row names the columns (download a template to see which). Rows with a problem are listed and left out. A JSON file exported from this register adds its records to this one.
Delete the register
Removes every contact record and the passcode from this browser. Download a backup first if you may need them.

About the Lead & Deal Tracker (Simple CRM, Private on Your Device)
A small CRM that lives in your browser: people (leads and customers, each with a source and a lead status), companies, deals on a drag-and-drop pipeline with your own stages and chances of winning, an activity log of calls, messages, e-mails, meetings and notes, and follow-ups sorted into overdue, today and the next 7 days. From a person’s page one tap opens a call, a WhatsApp chat, an SMS or an e-mail with a saved template filled in — your own app opens and you press Send; nothing is sent from this page.
Bring contacts in from a CSV or Excel sheet, or a .vcf file saved from your phone or Google Contacts; a person with the same e-mail address or phone number as someone already here is caught as a duplicate. The pipeline report shows open, won and lost deals, the weighted pipeline, win rates by source and why deals were lost, and the deals download in the column names the Sales Pipeline Analyzer reads for a forecast by month.
Everything stays in this browser on this device — set a passcode to keep it encrypted, and keep an encrypted backup, because clearing the browser’s data deletes it. Without a pass the tracker is a free preview: up to 15 people and 10 deals that you add, and the report’s counts with the first rows of each table; a Premium pass unlocks the rest, the report’s PDF and CSV, printing it, and the calendar file of follow-ups. Your own CSV and JSON files and backups always download.
How to use it
- Press Add lead and type the name — the company, phone, e-mail, source and lead status can follow — or import a sheet or a phone’s contacts file on the People page.
- On the person’s page press Add deal: it appears on the Pipeline. Drag the card to the next stage, or use its arrows; drop it on Won or Lost to close it.
- To get in touch, pick a message template and press WhatsApp, SMS, E-mail or Call: your own app opens with the text filled in. Afterwards press Log to keep it in the activity log.
- Add follow-ups with a date and time; the Follow-ups page lists what is overdue, due today and in the next 7 days. With a Premium pass, the calendar file adds them to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook with a reminder; without one it stays locked in the free preview.
- Under Settings, set your pipeline stages and their chances of winning, your sources, the reasons deals are lost, the team and your message templates.
- Under Data & backup, set a passcode and keep an encrypted backup; your CSV and JSON files always download, also without a pass.
Examples
Open deals: 18,500 at Proposal sent (60%), 6,400 at Contacted (20%), 1,500 at New (10%)
Open pipeline 26,400; weighted 18,500 × 60% + 6,400 × 20% + 1,500 × 10% = 11,100 + 1,280 + 150 = 12,530.
Template “Gentle reminder”: Hello {first_name}, I am following up on {deal}. — {my_name} · Jordan Sample, deal “Office redesign”WhatsApp opens a chat with Jordan with “Hello Jordan, I am following up on Office redesign. — Alex” typed in; you press Send, then log it.
Already here: Priya, +44 7700 900123 · In the sheet: Priya E., 07700 900123
The same phone number with and without the country code: the row is left out, or — if you choose — only Priya’s empty details are filled in from it.
Common uses
- A freelancer or a shop owner keeping track of enquiries from WhatsApp, the website and walk-ins.
- A small sales team that wants a shared way of working — stages, sources, templates — without a monthly CRM bill.
- Anyone who would rather keep customer details on their own device than in someone else’s cloud.
- Preparing a monthly pipeline review, and sending the deals on to the Sales Pipeline Analyzer for a forecast.
Where your data is kept
In this browser on this device only (its IndexedDB storage): nothing is uploaded, so nobody else — not this site either — can read it, and clearing the browser’s site data deletes it. Set a passcode to keep the register encrypted (AES-256, the key made from your passcode) and have it lock itself after a while; download an encrypted backup regularly and keep it, and its passphrase, somewhere safe. A backup opens in another browser or on another computer, which is also how you move the register.
Calls, messages and e-mail
The page makes links and your device does the rest: a tel: link for a call, a WhatsApp click-to-chat link (the number in international form, the message filled in), an SMS link, and a mailto: link with the subject and the message. The phone number is checked, and a number typed without a country code gets the country set under Settings. Nothing is sent automatically, so log what you sent with one tap.
Imports and duplicates
- CSV or Excel: a header row with Name and any of Company, Job title, Phone, E-mail, Source, Lead status, Owner, Tags, City, Notes and Added (the template under Data & backup lists them; common other names such as “Mobile” or “Full name” are recognised).
- Contacts (.vcf): vCard files from phones, Google Contacts and Outlook, versions 2.1 to 4.0; the first phone number and e-mail address are used, further ones go into the notes.
- Duplicates: the same e-mail address in any letter case, or the same phone number with or without its country code or a leading 0. A duplicate is left out, or fills in only the details the existing person does not have yet.
- Deals and companies import as CSV under Data & backup; a deal’s stage is matched by name.
How the report works it out
- Weighted pipeline = Σ amount × chance of winning, of the open deals — each deal’s own chance if you set one, else its stage’s.
- Win rate = won ÷ (won + lost) of the deals closed in the period; by source, a deal counts under its own source or its person’s.
- Days to win = from the day a deal was added to the day it was won.
- Amounts in different currencies are added up per currency, never converted.
- Follow-ups export as iCalendar events with stable ids, so opening a newer file updates the same events.
Limitations
- The register is in one browser on one device: there is no live sync between devices or people — move it with a backup.
- Messages, calls and e-mails are never sent automatically, and replies are not read back: you log what happened.
- Clearing this browser’s site data, or a private window, deletes the register: keep an encrypted backup.
- Without a pass the free preview keeps up to 15 people and 10 deals that you add; what is already in the register always opens, changes and backs up.
- Drag and drop needs a mouse; on touch screens the arrows on each card move it, and Won and Lost are on the deal’s page.
Privacy

Frequently asked questions
What do I get without a pass?
Without a pass, Lead & Deal Tracker (Simple CRM, Private on Your Device) shows up to 15 people and 10 deals you add, with the pipeline report’s counts and the first rows of each table; more, and the report and calendar files, need a pass. Until you unlock it, the result can’t be downloaded or printed. A Premium or Ultimate pass, a one-time payment that never renews, unlocks the full result. The pricing page lists the passes and their prices.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is kept in this browser on this device and nothing is sent to a server. The page downloads only its own file readers and the phone-number checker the first time you use them.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
The register is deleted with it. Download an encrypted backup under Data & backup regularly — the page reminds you — and restore it after clearing, in another browser or on a new computer.
Does it send WhatsApp messages or e-mails for me?
No. It opens WhatsApp, your messages app or your e-mail app with the person and the message filled in, and you press Send yourself. That uses WhatsApp’s own click-to-chat links, so it works with the normal and the Business app.
Can my team use it together?
Each browser keeps its own register, so there is no live shared database. A team can share one register by passing on an encrypted backup, and owners let you split the leads and deals between people in one register.
Do I need a pass?
Without one the tracker is a free preview: up to 15 people and 10 deals that you add, and the pipeline report’s counts with the first rows of each table. A Premium pass removes those limits and unlocks the report’s PDF, CSV and printing, and the calendar file of follow-ups. Your own data’s CSV and JSON files, backups and the call and message links never need a pass.
