Withdraw from a purchase

If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK and bought a pass as a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”: your acknowledgement appears at once.

The 14-day right comes from EU and UK law. If you live elsewhere, our refund policy applies; you can still send this form, and we record it and reply.

A reference

The order reference starts with “ord” (it is on the page you saw after paying and in your licence key file). A licence key has 43 characters. The payment ID starts with “pay_” and is on the receipt from Razorpay or Dodo Payments.

This form needs JavaScript. You can also withdraw by email to support@mysmartcopilot.com: say that you withdraw, name the purchase and give your name.

What happens next

You get an acknowledgement at once, with what you sent and the date and time we received it. Download it and keep it.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, by the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. Passes paid in US dollars are refunded by the merchant of record that sold them (Dodo Payments or Paddle).
If you asked for your pass to start at once, you pay for the time used: the refund is the price × days left ÷ days in your pass or billing period. Without that request, the whole price comes back.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of purchase, or 12 months and 14 days where our information about the right was not complete when you bought. Until our information about this right is complete, that longer period applies to every purchase. Your acknowledgement says which applies.
