Who uses these pages
People come to MySmartCoPilot to get one job done: merge a PDF, resize a photo, format some JSON, check a website or work out a measurement. The site has 1,600+ tools in 23 categories, and 800+ free tools can carry a sponsor’s box.
- We count page views ourselves, without cookies or identifiers. Visitors who send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted at all.
- We do not record visitors’ countries, devices, ages or who they are, so we never claim them.
- A counted view is a view of a page your box can appear on, not a view of the box itself: visitors with a pass never see sponsored boxes, and on some screens the box’s space stays closed.
- With your quote we send the counted views of the pages your box would appear on, for the last 30 days.

The box sits in one of the page’s marked spaces outside the tool: beside it, below it or after its guide, depending on the screen. It is never inside the tool, its buttons or its results, and a page shows one sponsored box at most.

We take the counted views of the pages your box would appear on over the last 30 days, work out an average week, and charge ₹150 (or $2) for every 1,000 of those views, or the weekly minimum if that is more. The price we quote is exact, and it stays the same for every week you book.
Rupee prices are for sponsors who pay in India by bank transfer; US dollar prices for everyone else. A sponsorship limited to some countries or devices is priced with you, because our counts do not record countries or devices.

What we promise
- Labelled at every width. Your box says “Sponsored”, with “Paid placement” and a link to how sponsorships work, on phones too, including the bar at the bottom of a phone screen.
- Marked as a paid link. Your link opens in a new tab and is marked for search engines as paid (rel="sponsored"), so it passes no search ranking.
- Tools stay ours. Sponsors never change what a tool does, its results, our guides, or the order of tools in lists and search. We write no articles or reviews for sponsors.
- Pass holders see none. Visitors with a MySmartCoPilot pass never see sponsored boxes.
- No tracking. No scripts, cookies or tracking pixels from sponsors: the box is text, a link and an optional logo that we host. We share no visitor data with you.
- Counted for you. We count the views of your pages and the clicks on your box, without cookies or identifiers, and send you the numbers when you ask.
Who we accept
Software, apps and services that someone using the page can genuinely use. We do not accept:
- Money products: Insurance, mutual funds and investing, stockbrokers and trading, loans, credit cards, buy now pay later, and crypto.
- Games for money: Real-money games, betting, fantasy sports, casinos and lotteries.
- Health claims: Health claims, medicines and supplements.
- Age-restricted products: Adult content, weapons, tobacco, vaping and alcohol.
- Politics and schemes: Political or election advertising, multi-level marketing and get-rich offers.
- Scare tactics: Scareware, “cleaner” and “speed-up” apps, and anything that downloads by itself.
- Competitors: Products that do what the tools we sell do, such as Smallpdf, Adobe Acrobat, iLovePDF and Canva.
- Our own suppliers: Companies whose AI services or hosting MySmartCoPilot uses.
- Landing pages: Pages without https, and pages that redirect visitors somewhere else or download something.
- Anything else: Any sponsor we choose not to accept. We tell you before you pay.
What we do not sell
- Boxes on the pages of tools we sell, on finance, health and education tools, on tools for private files such as passwords, keys and backups, or where people pay.
- Space on Learn pages or in our newsletter.
- Positions in tool lists, categories or search results, or any change to the order of tools.
- Articles, reviews, “best of” lists, mentions in our guides, or links that pass search ranking.
- Visitors’ data, or targeting by who a visitor is.
How to book
- Tell us what you want to promote, the category or the tools, the weeks and any countries, through the contact form or by email.
- We reply with the counted views of those pages and the exact price, or tell you why we cannot accept it.
- You pay our invoice before the first day.
- Your box goes live on the agreed day and comes down after the last booked week. Ask for its counted views and clicks at any time.

Paying
- We invoice the weeks you book, in advance.
- In rupees by bank transfer to the account on our invoice; in US dollars through a PayPal invoice.
- The quoted price is the price you pay for every booked week, whatever the views turn out to be.
- If we end a sponsorship early, we refund the weeks not shown.
