A sheet with a header row — Name, Code, Category, Unit, Price, Offer price, Tax, Description and Photo (the template has them). Photos are matched to products by file name: the sheet’s Photo column, the code (A101.jpg) or the name. They are made smaller on this device; nothing is uploaded.

About the Price List & Product Catalogue Maker (PDF and WhatsApp Images)
Make a price list, rate card, product catalogue or menu card from your products or services — name, code, photo, unit, price, offer price, category and whether the price includes tax. Type them, paste them from a spreadsheet, or import a CSV or Excel sheet; add a photo to each product, or many at once matched by file name. Choose a list, a grid of photos or a menu card, add your logo, colour and contact details, a validity line, a note and a payment QR code (your UPI ID in India, or your own payment or ordering link).
The catalogue comes out as a print-ready PDF (A4, US Letter or A5) and as square posts (1080 × 1080) and stories (1080 × 1920) for WhatsApp and Instagram, each picture with your business at the top and your contact line at the foot. Prices print exactly as you type them — the page only puts your currency sign in front — and it never works out tax: it can say that prices include, or do not include, the tax you name. Photos are made smaller on this device, and a product without one gets a plain placeholder.
Without a pass the catalogue is a free preview: every page and picture shows at preview size, marked, with the payment code spoiled; the PDF, printing and the pictures unlock with a Premium pass. Your products, photos and the list itself are yours: they stay in this browser and save as a file or a CSV at any time.
How to use it
- Fill in Your business: the name, a phone or WhatsApp number, the e-mail or website, your logo and a colour.
- Add the products: type them, paste rows copied from a spreadsheet, or import a CSV or Excel sheet (the sheet template shows the columns). Add a photo to a product, or choose many photos at once and they are matched by file name.
- Under The list, choose the title, the layout (list, grid of photos or menu card), the paper, what to show, the tax wording, the validity date, a note and the payment QR code.
- Check the pages and pictures under Your catalogue: switch between PDF pages, square posts and stories, and page through them.
- With a Premium pass, download the PDF, print it, download the square posts and stories (in a ZIP when there are several) or share them from your phone; without one they stay a free preview.
- When prices change, edit the products or import the changed sheet, and export again: the list waits for you in this browser.
Examples
Currency sign ₹ · prices typed “250”, “₹1,200”, “180 / kg” and “On request”
₹250 · ₹1,200 · ₹180 / kg · On request — the sign goes only in front of a price that starts with a digit.
Cold coffee · price 120 · offer price 99
₹99 printed as the price, in your colour, with ₹120 struck through beside it.
Photos chosen together: B101.jpg, masala-dosa.png, IMG_0042.jpg (named in the sheet’s Photo column for Tea)
B101.jpg → the product with code B101; masala-dosa.png → “Masala dosa”; IMG_0042.jpg → Tea. Each photo is used once.
Common uses
- A shop, bakery or restaurant sharing its prices on WhatsApp and Instagram as pictures, and printing the same list for the counter.
- A wholesaler or distributor sending a product catalogue with codes, units and offer prices to retailers.
- A salon, tutor, photographer or repair service publishing a rate card of services.
- A café or cloud kitchen making a menu card from a spreadsheet that it updates every month.
Layouts and sizes
- List: one product a row — the photo, the name, the code and unit, the description, and the price on the right.
- Grid of photos: cards with a large photo, two or three across on paper and two across in the pictures.
- Menu card: names and prices joined by dotted leaders, the categories as centred headings, no photos.
- PDF: A4, US Letter or A5, with your business on the first page, a running line on the others and page numbers.
- Square posts (1080 × 1080 pixels) and stories (1080 × 1920): every picture stands alone, with your business at the top and your contact line at the foot.
Products are grouped by category in the order the categories first appear (those without one come last), and pages break between products, never inside one.
Sheets and photos
- The sheet’s first row names the columns: Name, Code, Category, Unit, Price, Offer price, Tax, Description and Photo; common other names (Product, Item, SKU, MRP, Rate, Sale price …) are recognised. Text pasted from a spreadsheet works the same, or just two columns: the name and the price.
- Tax cells such as “incl.”, “yes” or “with GST” mean the price includes the tax; “excl.”, “+ GST”, “GST extra” or “no” mean it does not; an empty cell, or anything else (“nil”, “N/A”), follows the list’s own wording.
- Photos are matched by the file name in the Photo column, else the product’s code (A101.jpg), else its name (masala-dosa.jpg). They are made smaller (800 pixels on the long side) on this device and kept with the list.
- Your products as CSV downloads the sheet again, to change it in a spreadsheet and import it back.
Tax and validity wording
The page never calculates tax. Choose “Prices include the tax” or “Prices do not include the tax” and name it (GST, VAT, sales tax): one note is printed at the end. When some products say otherwise in their own Tax field, each price carries a short mark instead — “incl. GST” or “+ GST” — with a line that explains them. A Prices valid until date prints under the title.
The payment QR code
For UPI, the code holds the standard upi://pay link with your UPI ID and the name on the account, without an amount, so the customer types what they pay — the same link the UPI QR Code Generator makes. Any other way of paying or ordering works as a link (https://…). The code prints beside the notes at the end of the catalogue, with your words above it; in the free preview it is drawn spoiled, so it cannot be scanned.
Limitations
- Prices are printed as typed and tax is never worked out: check the figures and the tax wording yourself.
- One promotional post per product is the job of the Bulk Offer Post Maker; this tool makes catalogue pages that hold several products each.
- Photos are made smaller on this device to keep the list light: keep your original photos.
- The PDF sets Latin and Devanagari text as text; Tamil, Bengali, Telugu and other scripts are drawn with this device’s fonts as sharp pictures, which print well but cannot be selected.
- Sharing pictures straight from the page needs a browser that can share files (most phones); elsewhere download them and send them yourself.
- MySmartCoPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta; WhatsApp is named only to say where the images can be shared.
Privacy
On this device; its files download once
Your products, photos, logo and settings stay in this browser on this device (its IndexedDB storage) and nothing is uploaded. “Save the list as a file” and “Your products as CSV” download your own data.
Frequently asked questions
What do I get without a pass?
Without a pass, Price List & Product Catalogue Maker (PDF and WhatsApp Images) shows every page and picture of your catalogue at preview size, marked “MySmartCoPilot preview · not for use”, with the payment code spoiled. Until you unlock it, the result can’t be downloaded, printed or shared. A Premium or Ultimate pass, a one-time payment that never renews, unlocks the full result. The pricing page lists the passes and their prices.
Does it work out GST or VAT?
No. Prices print exactly as you type them. The page can add a note that prices include, or do not include, the tax you name, or mark each price when products differ — but it never adds or removes tax.
Can I use my own currency?
Yes. Type any sign or code in Currency sign (₹, $, €, £, AED …): it goes in front of every price that starts with a digit. A price you type with its own sign, or as words such as “On request”, prints as it is.
How do I send the catalogue on WhatsApp?
With a Premium pass, download the square posts or the stories (several come in one ZIP file) and send them from your phone, or press Share pictures on a phone to pick WhatsApp straight away. The PDF can be sent as a document too.
How do I update my prices?
Change them in the list, or change your sheet and import it again (replace the list or add to it). The list, its photos and settings are kept in this browser, and Save the list as a file keeps a copy you can open on another computer.
Do I need a pass?
To download or print the catalogue and its pictures, yes — a Premium pass. Without one you can build the whole list and see every page and picture as a free preview, marked and with the payment code spoiled. Your products as CSV and the saved list file never need a pass.
