What customers pay now (the sale or offer price).
The regular price (MRP, list or compare-at price), shown struck through when it is higher.

Names the files; also matches photos named after it.
The photo’s file name (or a link that ends with it).

About the Bulk Offer Posts from a Price List (One Post per Product, Every Size)

Make the posts for a whole price list in one go: paste your product list or upload a CSV or Excel sheet, add the product photos and design one post. The tool fills it in for every product — name, price, the struck-through was price, the offer sticker, details and photo — and makes it in every social size: a 1,080 × 1,080 square post, a 1,080 × 1,350 (4:5) portrait post, a 1,080 × 1,920 Story or Status and a 1,200 × 630 banner.

The discount on the sticker is worked out from the two prices and always rounded down, so a post never claims more than the prices give. Your logo, name, phone and a QR code go on every post: one code for all, each product’s own link, or a WhatsApp chat that opens with an order for that product. Everything is drawn in your browser, and the sheet and the photos are never uploaded. Without a pass you see the posts of the first products as a watermarked free preview; a Premium pass unlocks the ZIP of every post, with file names from the SKUs.

    How to use it

    1. Paste your product list (cells copied from a spreadsheet, or CSV text), or choose Upload a sheet for a CSV, Excel or OpenDocument file. One row per product; the first row names the columns, for example SKU, Product, Price, Was, Offer, Details, Photo.
    2. Check Columns: each field is matched to a column by its name, the exports of online stores included. Rows without a product name are left out and listed with the reason.
    3. Add the product photos, a whole folder at once if you like. Each photo is matched by the file name in the Photo column, by a file named after the SKU (TS-101.jpg) or after the product name, or in the order of the file names.
    4. Pick a layout, the colours and fonts, and write the words every post shares: the headline, the call to action and the small print. Choose what the sticker shows and which QR code each post gets.
    5. Fill in Your business once (logo, name, phone, website): it goes at the foot of every post.
    6. Look through the products and sizes in the preview, pick the sizes and the file type, and make the ZIP. The ZIP of every post unlocks with a Premium pass; without one the preview shows the posts of the first products, watermarked.

    Examples

A week of offers for a clothing shop
    Input
Headline “Weekly Offers” · a sheet with SKU, Product, Price and Was for 12 products · 12 photos named by SKU (TS-101.jpg …) · Showcase · all four sizes · JPG
    Result
    weekly-offers-posts.zip with 48 pictures — TS-101-square.jpg, TS-101-4x5.jpg, TS-101-story.jpg, TS-101-banner.jpg and so on — each with its photo, the price, the struck-through was price and, for 19.99 → 14.99, a “25% OFF” sticker.
A product export from an online store
    Input
A product CSV with Title, SKU, Price, Compare-at price and Product image URL · the photos saved with the same file names as in the links
    Result
One post per product in the sizes you pick. The extra image and variant rows of the export (they have no title) are left out and listed, and each photo is matched by the file name at the end of its link.
Orders on WhatsApp from every post
    Input
QR code on each post: “A WhatsApp order for each product” · phone +44 7700 900123 under Your business
    Result
The code on the Ceramic coffee mug’s post (SKU MG-220) opens a chat with that number and the message “Hello! I would like to order Ceramic coffee mug (MG-220).”

    Common uses

    • Weekly or seasonal offers for a shop’s whole range, as feed posts, Status updates and a website banner at once.
    • New-arrival posts for every product of a collection, from the same sheet as the price list.
    • One post per dish from a restaurant or café menu.
    • Social and listing images from an online store’s product export.
    • A client’s monthly offer posts in the client’s own colours and fonts, for agencies and freelancers.

    Columns the tool reads

    • Product name (Product, Name, Title, Item): the only column you need.
    • Price: what customers pay now (Price, Offer price, Sale price).
    • Was price: the regular price, shown struck through when it is higher (MRP, Was, Regular price, List price, Compare-at price).
    • Offer words: a sticker such as “Buy 2 get 1” (Offer, Deal, Badge); without them the sticker shows the discount.
    • SKU: names the files and matches photos named after it.
    • Photo, Details, Category, Unit (kg, piece, pack of 6) and Link (a product page for the QR code).

A plain number such as 1299 is written in the currency you choose, the way numbers are written in your country; a price typed with its own currency or words (₹1,299, From $10) is printed exactly as typed. A column of plain numbers named Discount is never read as the price: the discount comes from the two prices. The usual column names of German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian sheets (Preis, Prix, Precio, Preço, Prezzo …) are known too, and columns with other names can be chosen by hand under Columns.

    Photos

    • Matching: the file name in the Photo column (also the last part of a photo link in a store export), a file named after the SKU (TS-101.jpg, or TS-101-front.jpg) or after the product name (ceramic-coffee-mug.png), or the photos in the order of their file names. One photo can serve several products.
    • Cut-outs: a PNG or WebP with a transparent background is recognised and placed whole on a soft stage with its own shadow. Make cut-outs with Bulk Background Remover.
    • Size: about 1,200 pixels on the long side is plenty; the preview warns when a photo has to be enlarged a lot. JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC photos from iPhones open.
    • Photo links in the sheet are not downloaded: add the photo files themselves.

    Sizes and files

    • Square post 1,080 × 1,080 and portrait post 1,080 × 1,350 (4:5) for feeds; Story / Status 1,080 × 1,920 (9:16); banner 1,200 × 630 (1.91:1) for link previews and websites.
    • In a Story the words stay clear of the top and bottom strips, where phone apps show their own name bar and reply box.
    • JPG files are small and suit photos; PNG keeps small text sharpest. Each file is named by SKU and size (TS-101-story.jpg), all in one folder, in a folder per size or in a folder per product.
    • A long sheet can be made in parts of 100 products, which suits phones.

    Honest offers

    • The sticker’s percentage comes from the two prices and is rounded down: 19.99 → 14.99 is 25%, and 999 → 799 is 20% (20.02% exactly).
    • Show a was price only if it is a real earlier price. In the EU a shop that announces a discount must show the lowest price it charged in the 30 days before (Your Europe); in the US a former price is a fair comparison only if the item was openly offered at that price for a reasonably substantial period (16 CFR 233.1). Other countries have rules of their own.
    • Say in the small print what the offer applies to and until when.

    Limitations

    • Layouts are fixed: you choose the layout, colours, fonts and words, not where each item sits. To place every item yourself, use the Graphic Design Editor.
    • The posts are pictures for you to post: nothing is posted or scheduled for you.
    • Photo links in a sheet are not downloaded, because the tool works without contacting other websites: add the photo files (a file named like the end of a link is matched).
    • Up to 500 products per sheet and 600 photos at a time. Large batches take a while on phones: make them in parts of 100 products.
    • Devanagari text (Hindi, Marathi, Nepali) uses the built-in fonts; other scripts use your device’s fonts, so check the preview.
    • The sheet and the photos are not kept once the page is closed; your business details and design choices are remembered in this browser.
    • WhatsApp, Shopify and WooCommerce are named only to say what the posts and sheets work with. MySmartCoPilot is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta, Shopify or WooCommerce.

    Privacy

Your sheet, photos, logo and words are read and drawn in your browser and never uploaded. Only your business details (when “Remember” is on) and your design choices are remembered in this browser.

    Frequently asked questions

What do I get without a pass?

Without a pass, Bulk Offer Posts from a Price List (One Post per Product, Every Size) shows the posts of the first products (up to 3) in every size, at preview size with a MySmartCoPilot watermark; the other products are counted, not made. Until you unlock it, the result can’t be downloaded, copied or shared. A Premium or Ultimate pass, a one-time payment that never renews, unlocks the full result. The pricing page lists the passes and their prices.

Which columns does my sheet need?

Only a product name. Add a Price (what customers pay) and, for a discount, a Was price; an Offer column adds a sticker such as “Buy 2 get 1”, and a SKU names the files. The blank template in the tool has the column names it knows.

How is the discount on the sticker worked out?

(was − price) ÷ was, as a whole percentage rounded down, so 1,000 → 665 (33.5%) shows 33%, not 34%; less than 1% gives no sticker. Offer words in the sheet come first. You can also choose the discount only, the same words on every post, or no sticker, and reword it: {percent}% OFF, Save {amount} or words in your own language.

Can I use a product export from my online store?

Yes. The column names of Shopify product exports (Title, SKU, Price, Compare-at price, Product image URL, and the older Variant SKU, Variant Price, Variant Compare At Price and Image Src) and of WooCommerce exports (Name, SKU, Regular price, Sale price, Images, Short description, Categories) are recognised. The other columns of an export, such as the weight unit, the URL handle or Google Shopping labels, are not put on the posts. In a Shopify export the extra rows for more images or variants have no title, so they are left out; in a WooCommerce export each variation that has a name gets a post of its own. MySmartCoPilot is not affiliated with Shopify or WooCommerce.

Do the posts carry a watermark?

Only the free preview on this page: it shows the posts of the first products at preview size with a MySmartCoPilot watermark, and any QR code as a grey stand-in. With a Premium pass the ZIP holds every post at full size, made from your design alone.

Can every post have its own QR code?

Yes. Under QR code on each post choose Each product’s link (from the Link column) or A WhatsApp order for each product: the code opens a chat with your number (from Your business, with the country code) and a message naming the product and its SKU, which you can reword. Or keep one code for every post, set under Your business. Test a code with your phone before you post.

    Is my price list uploaded?

No. The sheet is read, the photos are opened and the posts are drawn in your browser; nothing is sent to MySmartCoPilot or anyone else.
