No. A pass is a single payment and never charges you again. Shortly before it ends, the licence section on this page reminds you in the browser that holds your key. Buy another pass of the same plan in that browser and its time is added to the same key, after your current pass ends. (Keys we issued to you by hand cannot be extended this way: a new pass then comes with its own key.)

Each Pro, Premium and Ultimate tool page says above the tool, before you start, what its free preview gives: for example the first pages of a converted document as watermarked page images, the first half of an audio file (up to 30 seconds) with a short chime, or an image at preview size with a watermark. Until you unlock it, the result can’t be downloaded, copied, printed or shared. Previews apply only while a pass that unlocks the tool can be bought here; until then, the tool works in full.

If you change your mind, a pass is not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to withdraw (for example in the EU and the UK). Try the free preview of the tools you need before you buy. We do refund if you were charged twice or the wrong amount, or if a fault on our side stopped your pass from working and we could not fix it; the money goes back through the payment provider you used. The refund policy has the details, including the rights the law gives you.

Your key is saved in the browser where you bought the pass. On another device or browser, open this page, go to Licence key and paste the key. You can copy or download the key from the licence section at any time; the page you return to after paying offers the download too.

Contact us with the receipt from your payment provider, and your order reference if you have it (it starts with “ord” and is shown after your purchase and in the key file). We can issue a new key for your order; the old key then stops working.

1,145 of the 1,577 tools are free for everyone, with no account, no trial and no limit. The 432 Pro, Premium and Ultimate tools show a free preview of your own result: watermarked, masked or shortened, and locked for download and copy until you unlock it. A pass unlocks their full results. Most tools run entirely in your browser, so your files and text stay on your device; each tool page says whether it uses the network.

Each Pro, Premium or Ultimate tool shows a small Pro, Premium or Ultimate label next to its name on its own page, and also on its cards and rows, in search results, in saved and recently used tools, in suggestions, on the categories overview and in the A–Z index; a tool whose own page has no such label is free. Pro tools are the essential paid tools: converting PDFs to and from Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and PDFs to HTML or Markdown; reading text from images and scans (OCR); editing, signing, protecting and unlocking PDFs; AI tools; converting and editing audio and video; design editors, logos, business cards and mockups; and developer playgrounds and API testing. Premium tools are the tools organisations use: bulk checks and site audits on the server; mail merge; payroll and HR documents; shipping and purchasing documents; company documents; GST, TDS and filing work; payroll, hiring and staff records; contracts, deeds, notices and other legal documents; invoices, quotations and receipts; compliance documents and website policies; seller and marketplace operations; registers and billing; batch work on many files; merging, splitting and joining spreadsheets; and API suites and log analysis. Ultimate tools are data recovery and file repair from images and files you have: recovering deleted files from disk and memory-card images you make; and repairing damaged photos, videos, archives and Office files. A Premium pass unlocks Pro and Premium tools. Examples of each kind are listed above, under Which tools each plan includes.

For 1 week, 30 days or 1 year, with one licence key:

• Every Pro tool in full: clean downloads, copy, print and share
• No ads, sponsored or affiliate placements in the browsers where you enter your licence key
• 10 times the hourly limit of every server-side check (300–1,200 instead of 30–120 requests an hour), up to half of its daily capacity
• One licence key for your own devices: up to 20 browsers per 30 days, counted per week for a 1-week pass. A private window or a browser that clears its storage counts as a new one

Promotions for MySmartCoPilot’s own tools and pages can still appear. A pass is also a way to support the free tools.

Right now MySmartCoPilot shows no ads, sponsored or affiliate placements, so the ad-free part of a pass changes nothing you can see yet. It keeps them away whenever they are shown while your pass lasts.

• About 33 times the hourly limit of every server-side check (1,000–4,000 requests an hour), up to its full daily capacity
• Use your licence key as a Developer API key: 120 requests a minute counted per key, up to 10,000 calls a month

A Premium pass includes everything in Pro, and also:

• Every Premium tool in full: clean downloads, copy, print and share
• About 33 times the hourly limit of every server-side check (1,000–4,000 requests an hour), up to its full daily capacity
• Use your licence key as a Developer API key: 120 requests a minute counted per key, up to 10,000 calls a month

An Ultimate pass includes everything in Premium, except that its key works in fewer browsers, and also:

• Every Ultimate tool in full: recovering deleted files from disk and memory-card images you make, and repairing damaged files — all on your own device

Its licence key works in fewer browsers: up to 6 per 30 days, instead of the 20 of a Premium key (counted per week for a 1-week pass).

Yes: buy the higher pass at its full price. There is no upgrade price and no credit for the time left on your current pass; that pass keeps running on its own key until it ends.

Premium passes were called Business passes before. A Business pass is a Premium pass: the same licence key, the same tools and the same end date; only the name changed. Receipts from before the change still say “Business pass”. It was sold as unlocking every tool, so it also unlocks every Ultimate tool until it ends: while it lasts, you do not need an Ultimate pass for them.

Rupees (INR) for buyers in India, paid through Razorpay with Indian payment methods such as UPI and cards issued in India. US dollars (USD) for everyone else, paid through a merchant of record that handles tax for your country. The page opens in the currency of your country, the one the country button shows (until a country is known, the one your browser’s language and time zone suggest); switch it with the currency choice above the plans and this browser remembers your choice.

An order record: the order reference, the pass, its price and currency, the payment provider and its payment reference, the status and the dates. MySmartCoPilot never sees your card or bank details and does not store your name with the order. An email address we use for your purchase emails is kept apart from it, encrypted (see Purchase emails). Your licence key is stored only as a hash. The privacy policy has the details.

No account needed. Your licence key is your proof of purchase, so keep it somewhere safe, for example in a password manager. If you create an optional account, the passes you buy while signed in, or add to it, also appear there.

MySmartCoPilot runs on free hosting plans. Passes help pay for it, and some pages may show clearly labelled ads, sponsored placements or affiliate links; those never change how a tool works or what it calculates. See the advertising disclosure and the affiliate disclosure.

With a pass: no ads, sponsored or affiliate placements in browsers where you’ve entered your key, while your pass lasts.
