Each file’s marketplace is read from its labels; change it if it is wrong. Labels found wrong after a layout change? Tell us what changed (opens in a new tab) (describe it — please don’t send label files, they hold your buyers’ details).

About the Bulk Shipping Label Sorter & Picklist for Indian Marketplaces
On a busy day labels come from several panels: a Flipkart PDF, two Meesho sheets, an Amazon Easy Ship file. Drop all of them here at once and get one print file in SKU order (then courier) or courier order (then SKU), with labels holding more than one item grouped and marked. Each label gets a stamp in a strip of its own — its number in the run, the SKU and quantity, a short note — so the stamp never covers a barcode or an address.
You also get a picklist (SKU × quantity totals) as PDF and CSV, a courier handover sheet with every AWB, and an order ledger CSV. Your own rack or master SKUs can replace the marketplace SKUs through a saved map. Duplicate labels and labels without an invoice are flagged. Everything is read and written in your browser: buyers’ details never leave your device, and the picklist, handover sheet and ledger hold order data only — no names, addresses or phone numbers.
How to use it
- Drop your label PDFs onto the box (or press Choose label PDFs). Each file’s marketplace is picked from the names printed on its labels; change it in the file list if needed.
- Check the table: every label with its SKU, quantity, courier and AWB. Type a SKU where one couldn’t be read, or show the label and draw a box around its SKU to read it on every label of that file.
- Optional: import your master-SKU map (a CSV with the marketplace SKU and your SKU) — it is saved in this browser for next time.
- Choose the order, the stamps, the label size and what happens to the invoices, then press Sort labels.
- Download the sorted labels and, as needed, the picklist, the courier handover and the order ledger. Print labels at 100% / actual size.
Examples
flipkart.pdf (40 labels) · meesho-1.pdf and meesho-2.pdf (2 per sheet, 36 labels) · SKU then courier · 4 × 6 in
76 labels in one PDF, KURTA-BLU-L … TSHIRT-WHT-XL, each stamped “#12/76 · KURTA-RED-M x1”; multi-item labels last with a black QTY badge; invoices after the labels
Master-SKU map: KURTA-RED-M → A1-03, KRT-RD-M → A1-03 (Flipkart and Meesho spell it differently)
Picklist line “A1-03 · Marketplace SKUs KURTA-RED-M, KRT-RD-M · Qty 9”, and labels sorted and stamped by rack
Courier then SKU · Download courier handover
One table per courier (Delhivery 31 parcels, Ekart 28, Xpressbees 17) with AWB, order ID and a tick box, and lines for signatures
Common uses
- Printing a whole day’s labels from several marketplaces and seller accounts in one go.
- Picking stock faster from a SKU-wise picklist, and packing in the same order as the labels.
- Handing parcels to each courier with a list of AWB numbers to tick off.
- Keeping an order ledger (order ID, AWB, SKU, quantity, payment mode) without copying buyers’ details.
How labels and their details are read
Every page is searched for labels and invoices the same way as in the Shipping Label Cropper: blocks of content are split at blank gaps and cut lines and recognised by their words (“Ship to”, “AWB”, “Tax Invoice”…) and barcodes; the marketplace preset only matters for pages without a text layer.
From the text on each label it then reads the SKU, quantity, size and colour (a “SKU / Size / Qty / Color” table, or “SKU: …” on one line — and from the invoice when the label has no item table), the courier (Delhivery, Ekart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, Amazon Shipping, Valmo and others), the AWB (after “AWB” or “Tracking ID”, else the number printed under the barcode), the order ID and COD or prepaid. Labels change without notice, so the table shows what was read, and anything missing can be typed or taught: draw a box around the SKU on one label and that area is read on every label of the file.
Scanned labels
A scanned PDF (a picture of each page) has no text layer. Its labels are still found by their barcodes, and Read scanned labels runs OCR (Tesseract, English) on them in your browser to read the SKU and the other details. The OCR engine and its language data download once from this site. Check what OCR read — small print can be misread.
Stamps, the picklist and the handover sheet
- Stamps go in a 9 mm strip above or below each label; the label is fitted into the rest of the space, so nothing is printed over it. Labels with more than one item get a black QTY badge.
- The picklist adds up the quantity of every SKU (each item of a multi-item label under its own SKU), with size and colour, as a PDF to print and a CSV.
- The courier handover lists every parcel per courier with its AWB, order ID and a tick box, with lines for the names of who handed over and who received.
- The order ledger has one row per printed label in print order, with flags such as “Same AWB as another label”.
The master-SKU map stays in this browser (local storage) until you clear it; nothing is sent anywhere.
Limitations
- Up to 50 PDFs in one run. Very large batches need plenty of memory, especially on phones.
- Details are read from the text printed on the labels; a SKU that isn’t printed (or is printed as a picture) can’t be read — type it or teach its area.
- Labels are found automatically. When a marketplace layout isn’t found right, draw the label box once in the Shipping Label Cropper for that file.
- Stamps and the picklist PDF use a built-in font with English letters, digits and common symbols only (other characters print as ?); the CSV files keep every character.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first with Unlock PDF.
- Labels are cut out of the original pages as vectors, so the rest of each original page stays in the sorted PDF, hidden (an invoice left out, the other label of a 2-up sheet): it never prints, but PDF text tools can read it. The picklist, handover sheet and ledger are written new and hold order data only.
Privacy
Everything happens in your browser. What you enter or open here is not uploaded or stored by MySmartCoPilot. The PDF engine (pdf.js and pdf-lib) downloads from this site the first time you add files, and the OCR engine (Tesseract with English data) only if you choose to read scanned labels. Your label PDFs, SKU maps and results stay on your device.
Frequently asked questions
Are my label files or buyers’ details uploaded?
No. The PDFs are read, sorted, stamped and saved in your browser. The picklist, handover sheet and ledger contain order data only — SKUs, quantities, couriers, AWB and order numbers — never names, addresses or phone numbers.
Can I mix Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon files in one run?
Yes, and files from several seller accounts too. Each file keeps its own marketplace, and the labels from all of them are put in one order.
How do I print my own SKU instead of the marketplace’s?
Import a master-SKU map: a CSV with the marketplace SKU in the first column and your SKU (or rack code) in the second. Labels are then sorted, stamped and totalled by your SKU. The map is saved in this browser.
What does the duplicate flag mean?
Two labels have the same AWB number — usually the same PDF added twice, or a label downloaded again. Choose Print each AWB once to leave the extra copies out.
I only need to crop one label PDF. Do I need the sorter?
No. The Shipping Label Cropper crops one PDF at a time to 4×6, 3×5, 4×4 or A4 4-up, keeps or drops invoices and sorts by SKU or courier, without a pass and with no daily limit. The sorter adds many files in one run, SKU stamps, the picklist, the courier handover and the order ledger.
