About the Invitation Card Maker (Weddings, Birthdays, Griha Pravesh)
Make an invitation for a wedding, engagement, griha pravesh (house-warming), naming ceremony, birthday, puja, shop opening or anniversary. Pick the occasion and replace the starting words with yours — the names, a first line or blessing, a line in Hindi or any other language, the date, time, venue and address, the hosts and an RSVP — and choose one of eight designs: a royal maroon-and-gold arch, blush with rings, mango leaves, pastel moon and stars, party balloons, lamps and marigolds, a red ribbon, or elegant ivory.
Add a photo (in a circle or an arch), a schedule page for the functions (Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet, Wedding, Reception …) and a details page with the venue, a directions QR code and the RSVP. Download a WhatsApp-ready image (1,080 × 1,920 or 1,080 × 1,350), or a print-ready PDF of every page at 5 × 7 in, A5 or 6 × 6 in with 3 mm bleed and crop marks. Everything is made in your browser: photos and guest details are never uploaded, and nothing is stored or sent.
How to use it
- Choose the occasion: its starting words and design appear at once.
- Under Words, type the names and change the heading, the lines, the date and time (or pick them), the venue, address, hosts and RSVP. Add a map link for a directions QR code.
- Under Functions, keep, rename or remove the functions for the schedule page — or remove them all for a one-page card.
- Add a cover photo if you like, and tick Add a details page for the venue, map QR and RSVP page.
- Choose the design, the font for the names and the size, check every page in the preview, then download the print PDF, PNG or JPG — or share the cover straight to WhatsApp from a phone.

Sizes and printing
- Print: 5 × 7 in (127 × 178 mm), the common invitation size; A5 (148 × 210 mm, ISO 216); and a 6 × 6 in square card — each at 300 dpi. The PDF has one page per page of the card and can add 3 mm bleed and crop marks for a print shop; it records the finished size (TrimBox) and the bleed (BleedBox) as the PDF standard (ISO 32000) defines them. Ask the printer which bleed and paper they recommend.
- WhatsApp and social: 1,080 × 1,920 (full screen, 9:16) and 1,080 × 1,350 (4:5). Several pages download as a ZIP of images; Share… on a phone sends the cover.
Languages and fonts
Type in any language. The names use Great Vibes or Dancing Script (calligraphy), Montserrat or Poppins; Hindi, Marathi and other Devanagari text uses the built-in Poppins and Noto Sans, and other scripts (Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam …) use your device’s fonts — check the preview. The fonts are under the SIL Open Font License, which allows them in printed and shared cards.
Privacy
Invitations carry names, dates and addresses. This tool keeps them only in the page you have open: nothing is uploaded, nothing you type is saved in the browser (only your choice of occasion, size and font is remembered), and there is no guest list or RSVP collection. Share the image or PDF yourself.
Limitations
- There is no RSVP tracking or guest list: the card shows how to reply, and you collect replies yourself.
- Layouts are fixed; you change the words, photos, design, fonts and size. For a completely custom card use the Graphic Design Editor.
- Video invitations are not made here.
- Names and details are not saved: download the files before closing the page.
Privacy
Names, dates, addresses and photos are drawn in your browser and never uploaded or stored; only the chosen occasion, size and font are remembered in this browser.
Frequently asked questions
Can I print the invitation at a print shop?
Yes. Choose a print size (5 × 7 in, A5 or 6 × 6 in), keep 3 mm bleed and crop marks, and download the Print PDF: every page of the card is in it at 300 dpi with the background running past the cut line.
How do I send it on WhatsApp?
Choose the Status / Story (1,080 × 1,920) or portrait (1,080 × 1,350) size and download a PNG or JPG — or, on a phone, press Share… and pick WhatsApp. A card with several pages downloads as a ZIP of images.
Can guests open the venue in Maps?
Yes: paste the venue’s link from Google Maps or Apple Maps (Share → Copy link). The cover gets a small “Directions” QR code, and the details page a larger one.
Can I write the invitation in Hindi?
Yes. Every line takes any language. For visitors in India and Nepal the occasions start with a Hindi line you can change — शुभ विवाह, गृह प्रवेश, नामकरण संस्कार and so on; type it in Second-language line.
Is there a watermark?
No. Nothing is added to your invitation.
