150 to start; read a paragraph aloud for a minute to find yours.
The script uses only what you write here; each line becomes part of the outline.
New writing from a topic runs only on MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI, behind a safety check.
The script says it aloud and shows it on screen; the rest of the sponsor read is yours to write.

About the AI Video Script Writer (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
Write your notes — the points, the steps, what happened, what you tried — and get a script timed to your video: a 3-second hook, sections sized to the length you choose at your own speaking pace (150 words a minute to start, editable), what to say, on-screen text and B-roll ideas for each section, and a call to action. It works for YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels and TikToks (15 seconds to 3 minutes), explainers, product demos, UGC-style ads for a real creator to perform, podcast intros and outros, and voice-overs.
The script uses only what your notes say. Where it needs a result, a figure or a personal experience you didn’t give, it leaves [ADD YOUR EXPERIENCE] for you to fill in, and every name, number or date that is not in your notes is highlighted — so a script can’t turn into a fake testimonial. A sponsor gets a disclosure line said aloud and shown on screen.
The outline — every section with its timing, word budget, purpose and your points — appears at once, without AI. The script itself is written by your browser’s built-in AI or an on-device model, or by MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI when your device can’t or you choose it.
How to use it
- Pick the type of video and its length, and write your notes — one point per line — or press Try an example.
- Check the outline: the sections, their timings and which of your points each one covers. Change the structure or the speaking pace if you like.
- Press Write script: the AI writes on your device, or on MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI when your device can’t (the AI panel says which, and lets you choose).
- Fill in every [ADD YOUR EXPERIENCE] and check each highlighted name, number or date before you film.
- Read it aloud or open it in the Teleprompter. Copying, the downloads and the Teleprompter hand-over unlock with a Pro pass; without one the free preview shows the first words of the script and the first half of the outline.
Examples
- my basil kept dying on the kitchen window sill - the pot had no drainage hole, so the roots sat in water - I moved it to a pot with holes and a saucer - water only when the top 2 cm of soil is dry - pinch off the flower buds so it keeps growing leaves - six weeks later it has more leaves than I can use
[0:00–0:03] HOOK — about 8 words [0:03–0:16] INTRO — about 32 words [0:16–0:43] POINT 1 — about 68 words … [2:42–3:00] CALL TO ACTION — about 45 words
The outline at 150 words a minute: a 3-second hook, an intro, the six notes in five sections of about 27 seconds (the first two share one), a recap and the call to action.
Type: Short · structure: hook, story, offer
[0:00–0:03] HOOK · [0:03–0:27] STORY · [0:27–0:41] OFFER · [0:41–0:45] CALL TO ACTION
Common uses
- Turning rough notes into a script you can read to camera, with the shots to film beside each line.
- Fitting a Short, a Reel or a TikTok into 30 or 60 seconds, with a hook that starts at once.
- Writing a UGC-style ad for a creator to perform in their own words, without invented reviews.
- Planning a podcast intro or outro, or a voice-over for a slideshow or a product demo.
How the timing works
- Words = seconds × words per minute ÷ 60. At 150 words a minute a 3-second hook is about 8 words and a 3-minute video about 450 words. People speak at different speeds: read a paragraph aloud for a minute and set your own pace.
- The hook is the first 3 seconds. The call to action gets about a tenth of the length (3–30 seconds) and a sponsor slot about a tenth (5–60 seconds).
- List and how-to videos get one section per point of your notes, as many as the length allows: at least 25 seconds each (6 seconds in a video of 90 seconds or less), and ten at most. More points are merged in order. The AI writes up to about 320 words per section, so a long video needs enough points — the page says when the plan comes out shorter than your target.
- Long scripts are written a part at a time, each part one AI request.
Structures
- Hook, story, offer — for Shorts and short ads: grab attention, tell what happened, say what you offer.
- AIDA — attention, interest, desire, action.
- PAS — problem, agitate (why it matters), solution: the explainer’s and the ad’s favourite.
- How-to steps and a list of points — one section per step or point, with an intro and a recap in longer videos.
- Podcast intros and outros have their own: welcome and what the episode covers; recap, thanks and what comes next.
No invented experiences, and sponsors said out loud
The US Federal Trade Commission’s rule on fake reviews bans testimonials that claim to come from “someone who does not exist, such as AI-generated fake reviews, or who did not have actual experience with the business” (FTC). So the AI uses only your notes and leaves [ADD YOUR EXPERIENCE] where a real experience belongs.
For a sponsor, the page writes the disclosure itself — “This video is sponsored by …”, said and shown on screen — because the FTC says a disclosure belongs in the video, not just in the description, and that viewers are more likely to notice disclosures made in both audio and video (FTC: Disclosures 101 for Social Media Influencers). On YouTube, also tick the paid promotion box in the video’s details (YouTube Help).
Limitations
- An AI draft can be wrong, generic or repetitive: read it aloud, fix what doesn’t sound like you, and keep only claims you can prove.
- From a topic (with no notes) is new writing, which runs only on MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI behind a safety check, in English, Hindi, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Thai, and only while that mode is switched on. From my notes works in every language the AI can write.
- On-device models need a recent browser with WebGPU and enough memory; the best-quality model is a large download for strong computers only.
- The highlighted names, numbers and dates are found by rules: check the whole script, not just the highlights.
- MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI has a small shared daily allowance that resets at 05:30 IST (00:00 UTC), and a long script takes several requests.
- MySmartCoPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, TikTok or ByteDance.

Cloud AI only if you choose it: you see what is sent first
The plan, the timings and the outline are made in your browser. When you press Write script, your browser’s built-in AI or an on-device model writes on your device — a model is downloaded from MySmartCoPilot once. Only when your device can’t write it, or you choose MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI, are your notes (or your topic), the settings, the plan of each part and the last lines of the part before it — with email addresses and phone numbers masked first — sent to it, as the AI panel says under the button; MySmartCoPilot doesn’t store them. If the consent step offers you an outside AI service with more answers a day and you choose it, the company that runs it may keep what is sent and use it to train its AI.
Frequently asked questions
What do I get without a pass?
Without a pass, AI Video Script Writer (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok) shows the first words of the AI script (up to 100) and the first half of the outline with its timings. Until you unlock it, the result can’t be downloaded, copied or opened in another app. A Pro, Premium or Ultimate pass, a one-time payment that never renews, unlocks the full result. The pricing page lists the passes and their prices.
How many words is a 60-second script?
About 150 at 150 words a minute, the page’s starting pace — fewer if you speak slowly or leave pauses. Set your own pace and the outline gives every section its word budget.
Why does the script say [ADD YOUR EXPERIENCE]?
Because the script needed a result, a figure or something you did that your notes don’t contain. The AI is told never to invent one: fill it in with what really happened, or cut the line.
Can it write a sponsored segment?
It adds the disclosure — “This video is sponsored by …”, said aloud and shown on screen — and leaves the rest to you, because only you can say what you really think of the product. Check your post with the Sponsored Post Disclosure Checker.
Are my notes sent anywhere?
Not when the script is written by your browser’s built-in AI or an on-device model. Only when your device can’t write it, or you choose MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI, are your notes, the settings, the plan of each part and the last lines of the part before it sent — with email addresses and phone numbers masked — and MySmartCoPilot doesn’t store them. If the consent step offers you an outside AI service with more answers a day and you choose it, the company that runs it may keep what is sent and use it to train its AI; the consent step says so before anything is sent.
How do I read it on camera?
Open it in the Teleprompter: it gets only the spoken words, with each section’s name as a dimmed note, and scrolls at your words-per-minute pace.
