Your video
The AI reads this, and the promise check compares every title with it. Up to about 300 words.
A few words. The formula titles use it at once, and every title is checked for it near the start.
For English titles; titles in other languages keep the AI’s capitals.

About the AI YouTube Title Generator
Describe your video in a sentence or two — or paste its summary or part of the transcript — and get up to ten AI title ideas for a long video or a Short, each with 3–5 words of thumbnail text that add to the title instead of repeating it. Pick a style (how-to, list, story, review, comparison, challenge or a mix) and the keyword people would search for. Press More titles for different ones.
Every title is checked on the spot: YouTube’s 100-character limit and its ban on “<” and “>”, the keyword near the start, where the title is cut on a phone and in the Suggested column, gaps such as [N] to fill in, plain words, shouting, and a promise check that flags words and figures your summary doesn’t back up — because YouTube’s spam policy bans maliciously misleading titles.
No AI needed for a start: type a keyword and 15 formula titles appear at once. The AI titles come from MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI, and only when you choose to send your description.
How to use it
- Describe the video or paste its summary, and choose Long video or Short and a title style — or press Try an example.
- Type the keyword people would search for: the formula titles appear at once, and the AI puts it near the start of every title.
- Press Get AI titles to send your description to MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI.
- Read the checks under each title — especially the promise check — and press More titles for different ideas.
- Pick a title your video really delivers and make its thumbnail. Copying and the downloads unlock with a Pro pass; without one the free preview shows the first half of the formula titles and the start of each AI title.
Examples
How I compost kitchen scraps on a small city balcony with a bin made from two buckets: what goes in, how to stop smells and fruit flies.
Balcony Composting with Two Buckets: Stop Smells and Fruit Flies thumbnail: TWO-BUCKET BIN How to Start Balcony Composting in a Small Flat thumbnail: TINY BALCONY COMPOST
Both titles promise only what the description says the video shows.
Title: “The FASTEST Way to Make Compost Overnight”, for the same description
promise check: “FASTEST” and “Overnight” — not in your summary
Keep such words only if the video really shows them.
Common uses
- Naming a tutorial, a vlog, a review or a comparison so viewers know what they will get.
- Finding a short, direct title for a Short, with thumbnail text to match.
- Writing several honest options to test before you publish.
- Checking that a title fits YouTube’s rules before you paste it into YouTube Studio.
The checks on every title
- Length: YouTube titles have a limit of 100 characters (YouTube Help).
- “<” and “>”: titles may contain any valid UTF-8 characters except these two (YouTube Data API).
- Keyword near the start: the keyword begins within the first 40 characters — the part even the narrowest layouts show.
- Where it is cut: the title wrapped into the width and two lines that YouTube shows on a phone and in the Suggested column beside the player, as measured on youtube.com. Fonts differ between devices, so it is an estimate, a word either way.
- Promise check: superlatives and outcome words (best, fastest, guaranteed, overnight, secret …), phrases such as “you won’t believe”, and figures that are not in your summary.
- Plain words: at most one word of four syllables or more (English titles).
- Gaps and shouting: [N] and [OTHER OPTION] to fill in, exclamation marks and words in capitals.
- Thumbnail text: 3 to 5 words, short enough to read at a glance on a small thumbnail.
Formula titles (no AI)
Type a keyword and the page fills 15 forms creators use — how-to (“… for beginners”), list (“[N] … tips”), story (“I tried … for [N] days”), review (“… review: is it worth it?”), comparison (“… vs [OTHER OPTION]”) and challenge (“Can I learn … in [N] days?”) — with shorter forms for Shorts. A keyword that starts with a verb (“start composting at home”) gets “How to …” forms. Counts and the other option are gaps only you can fill. The forms are in English.
An honest promise
YouTube’s spam policy lists “malicious clickbait”: using “maliciously misleading titles, thumbnails, descriptions, or imagery to trick users into clicking on a video” (YouTube spam policy). The AI is told to promise only what your description supports and to write [N] for numbers you didn’t give, and the promise check reads every title again. A flagged word is fine when the video really shows it: the check only asks you to make sure.
Limitations
- AI titles can be generic or miss what makes your video different. Pick one your video really delivers, and edit it.
- The promise check reads English words; figures are checked in every language. It reads the title and your summary only, not the video.
- Where a title is cut is an estimate from YouTube’s measured layouts: fonts, screens and YouTube’s own experiments differ.
- AI titles need MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI, which has a small shared daily allowance that resets at 05:30 IST (00:00 UTC); formula titles always work.
- Formula titles are in English. AI titles follow the language of your description.
- MySmartCoPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

Cloud AI only if you choose it: you see what is sent first
The formula titles and every title check are made in your browser. Only if you press Get AI titles are your description, the format, the style, the keyword and the titles already shown — with email addresses and phone numbers masked first — sent to MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI; MySmartCoPilot doesn’t store them. If the consent step offers you an outside AI service with more answers a day and you choose it, the company that runs it may keep what is sent and use it to train its AI.
Frequently asked questions
What do I get without a pass?
Without a pass, AI YouTube Title Generator shows the first half of the formula titles with their checks, and the start of each AI title. Until you unlock it, the result can’t be downloaded or copied. A Pro, Premium or Ultimate pass, a one-time payment that never renews, unlocks the full result. The pricing page lists the passes and their prices.
How long can a YouTube title be?
Up to 100 characters (YouTube Help). Long titles are cut with “…” in many places, so this page shows roughly where each title is cut on a phone and in the Suggested column, and checks that your keyword comes early.
Why does the promise check flag a word?
Because it promises more than your summary says: a superlative, an outcome or a figure that isn’t in your description. YouTube bans maliciously misleading titles, so keep the word only if the video really shows it — or tell the page by adding it to your summary.
What is the thumbnail text for?
Three to five words to put on the thumbnail image, chosen to add to the title rather than repeat it. Make the thumbnail with the YouTube Thumbnail Maker and see how title and thumbnail look together in the YouTube Thumbnail Preview.
Is my description sent anywhere?
Only when you press Get AI titles: then your description, the settings and the titles already shown go to MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI, with email addresses and phone numbers masked, and MySmartCoPilot doesn’t store them. If the consent step offers you an outside AI service with more answers a day and you choose it, the company that runs it may keep what is sent and use it to train its AI; the consent step says so before anything is sent. The formula titles and the checks never leave your browser.
Can I check a title I already have?
Yes: type it into the YouTube Title & Description Checker, which also checks the description, tags and chapters and previews the title in YouTube’s layouts.
