About the AI Presentation Maker (PDF or Topic to PowerPoint)

Choose a report, paper, notes or slides — a PDF, Word or PowerPoint file, an e-book or a web page — or paste your own notes, and get an editable PowerPoint deck: a title slide, an agenda, content slides with short bullets and speaker notes, a table copied from the document and a native column chart of its numbers, and a closing slide of key takeaways. Each slide shows the pages it comes from. Pick 6 to 15 slides, the audience, one of four themes and the language.

A deck without AI appears at once: one slide per part of the document, with its own key sentences as bullets. Then the AI rewrites the slides — your browser’s built-in AI or a model on your device, or, with a pass, MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI — and any name, number or date it uses that your document doesn’t contain is flagged. With a pass you can edit every title, bullet and note, reorder slides, and download the PowerPoint file, a PDF handout or a Markdown outline. Without a pass you get the free preview: the first slides as watermarked pictures.

What the deck contains

• Title and agenda slides, from the document’s own title and the slide titles.
• Content slides: a short title, two to five bullets and speaker notes each, with the pages they come from at the bottom.
• A table and a chart: the document’s first table, copied cell by cell, and a native column chart when it holds numbers — its data sits in the file, so “Edit Data” opens it in a spreadsheet program.
• Key takeaways at the end.
• Real placeholders: titles and bullets sit in the standard title and text placeholders of the PowerPoint format, so presentation programs show them as editable text you can change and re-theme.

How the AI stays with your document

• The AI gets the parts of your document (the key sentences of each, chosen without AI) as data, with the rule to use only what they say and to copy names, numbers and dates exactly.
• Names, numbers and dates on the AI’s slides that the document doesn’t contain are listed above the slides for you to check.
• Numbers on the table and chart slides are never written by the AI: they are copied from the document.
• The first slide of an AI deck says “Drafted with AI on MySmartCoPilot”, and the PowerPoint and PDF files carry an AI mark in their properties.

Decks from a topic alone

A deck from a topic, with no document or notes, is new writing, so it runs only on MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI behind a safety check of the request and of the answer, in English, Hindi, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Thai. That mode is switched on only after its safety testing; until then the page says so, and My notes builds a deck from a few lines you type instead.

Limitations

• One document at a time (up to 500 pages); long documents are condensed to their key parts to fit the slides you ask for.
• Pictures from the document are not placed on the slides; add your own in PowerPoint.
• Charts are made only from a table whose first column names the rows and whose other columns hold numbers.
• The PDF is a handout of slide pictures: its text can’t be selected (the PowerPoint file keeps it editable).
• AI slides can leave out nuance or merge points: check facts, numbers and wording before you present.
• The deck stays only in this tab until you download it: reloading the page clears it.

Privacy

Your document or notes are read on your device. The slides are written by your browser’s built-in AI where it has one, or by a language model downloaded once from MySmartCoPilot after you agree (the size is shown first). Only if you choose MySmartCoPilot cloud (with a pass) are the parts of your text sent to MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI; a dialog shows exactly what is sent first. A deck from a topic alone always goes to the cloud.
