At the foot of the flyerAbout the Flyer & Poster Maker (shop offers, admissions, hiring, events)
Make a flyer or poster for your business in a few minutes: a sale or offer, admissions for a coaching class or school, hiring, a clinic or service, an event, a restaurant or a plain notice. Pick the kind, replace the starting words with yours — headline, sticker, points, date, place, price and call to action — add up to three photos, and choose one of five layouts and ten colour schemes.
Your logo, name, phone, website, address and QR code (website, WhatsApp chat, map link, any link or a UPI payment in India) sit in a frame at the foot of every design, and the same business details carry over from the Festival Poster Maker. Download print-ready A5, A4, A3 or US Letter PDFs with 3 mm bleed and crop marks, PNG and JPG at 300 dpi, or square, portrait, Story and banner images for social media. Everything is made in your browser — nothing is uploaded and nothing is added to your design.
How to use it
- Choose the kind of flyer: its starting words, layout, colours and icon appear at once.
- Under Words, type your headline, the sticker (for example “Free demo class”), the points (one per line), when and where, a price or fee, the call to action and any small print. Leave out what you do not need.
- Add up to three photos (products, your shop, your team). For a product on a plain background, remove its background first with Remove Background and add the PNG.
- Pick a layout, the size (print or social), a colour scheme and the headline font.
- Fill in Your business once, then download the print PDF (with bleed and crop marks for a print shop), a PNG or JPG — or share the image straight from your phone.

An A5 (148 × 210 mm) PDF to print at home or at a print shop.
Common uses
- Sale and offer posters for shops, showrooms and online sellers.
- Admission and batch posters for coaching classes, tuition centres, schools and gyms.
- “We’re hiring” posters for shop windows, notice boards and Status updates.
- Clinic, salon, repair and other service flyers to hand out or put up.
- Event posters and notices for societies, temples, clubs and colleges.
Printing
- Sizes: A5 (148 × 210 mm), A4 (210 × 297 mm) and A3 (297 × 420 mm) from ISO 216, and US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), each drawn at 300 pixels per inch.
- Bleed and crop marks: the PDF can extend the background 3 mm past the cut edge and add crop marks outside it; the PDF records the finished size (TrimBox) and the bleed (BleedBox). Keep important words away from the edges — the layouts already leave a margin. 3 mm is the usual bleed, but confirm with your print shop.
- Photos: for sharp prints a photo needs about 300 pixels per inch of the space it fills; a phone photo is plenty for an A4 flyer. The page warns when a photo is too small for the print size.
- Colours are RGB; the print shop converts them, so printed colours can look slightly different from the screen.
Sizes for social media
Square post 1,080 × 1,080, portrait post 1,080 × 1,350 (4:5), Status / Story 1,080 × 1,920 (9:16) and a 1,200 × 630 banner (the link-preview shape). Social posts are seen on phones, so keep the headline to a few words and the points short.
Writing a flyer that works
- One message per flyer, in the headline: “Admissions Open”, “Festive Sale”, “We’re Hiring”.
- Say when and where — dates, times, the address or area — and give one clear call to action.
- If you advertise a discount or a price, say what it applies to and until when in the small print.
- Check every phone number, web address and QR code with your own phone before you print.
Limitations
- Layouts are fixed: you change the words, photos, colours, fonts and size, not the position of each item. For free-form designs use the Graphic Design Editor.
- There is no background remover inside this tool: remove backgrounds first with Remove Background.
- Hindi and other Devanagari text uses the built-in fonts; other Indian scripts and other writing systems use your device’s fonts.
- The photos and the logo are not saved in the browser; save a brand kit file to keep the logo.
Privacy
Your photos, logo and words are opened and drawn in your browser and never uploaded. Only the typed business details are remembered in this browser (when “Remember” is on).
Frequently asked questions
Is there a watermark?
No. Nothing is added to your flyer or poster.
Can a print shop use the PDF?
Yes. Choose a print size, keep 3 mm bleed and crop marks on, and download the Print PDF: the background runs past the cut line and the finished size is recorded in the file. Ask the shop which paper and finish they recommend.
Can I put a QR code on the flyer?
Yes. Under Your business → QR code choose your website, a WhatsApp chat with your number, a map link, any other link, or (in India) a UPI payment. Test it with your phone before printing. In the frame it prints about 2.5 cm wide on A4 and US Letter and about 3.5 cm on A3; on A5 it is under 2 cm, so test it from arm’s length.
Can I use it for Hindi or other languages?
Yes. Type in any language: Devanagari (Hindi, Marathi, Nepali) uses the built-in Poppins and Noto Sans fonts, and other scripts use your device’s fonts — check the preview.
Do my business details carry over between tools?
Yes: the details you type are remembered in this browser (when “Remember” is on) and filled in for the Festival Poster Maker and the Property Flyer Maker too. Save a brand kit file to keep the logo and to move the kit to another device.
