About the AI Email Writer
Say what the email needs to say — a few key points, typed any way — and choose what it is for: a request, a follow-up, a leave application, an apology, a complaint, a thank-you, a meeting request, an introduction, a job application, a reminder, a polite no, an update or an invitation. Add who it is to, your relationship, the tone and the length, and the writer drafts a complete email: a subject line, the body with a greeting and a sign-off, and two other subject lines to choose from.
The draft uses only your points. Where it needs a detail you did not give — a date, an amount, an order number, your name — it leaves a gap in square brackets such as [date], and every name, number, amount or date you did not type is highlighted. A draft that leaves out most of your points is not shown, and any point it seems to miss is listed. It refuses scam patterns (OTPs, PINs, KYC updates, “account blocked”, gift-card codes, “digital arrest”) and emails written as a bank, an official or a company you don’t represent.
It runs on your device where it can, and on MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI only if you choose it. Open in mail app hands the draft to your own mail app; nothing is sent from this page.
How to use it

- Type your key points, one per line: what happened, what you need, any dates or numbers.
- Pick the tone and length, and add the recipient’s name and yours if you like.

How a draft is checked
- It must be a complete email — a subject and a body — and cover at least half of your points; any point it seems to leave out is listed under the draft.
- New names, numbers, amounts, dates and times are highlighted, and so is every gap in square brackets for you to fill.
- No new links are allowed, and masked personal details (email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers) must come back unchanged.
- Scam patterns and impersonation are refused before anything runs, and again on the draft.
Languages
The email is written in the language of your points: type them in English, Hindi, Hinglish (Hindi in Roman letters) or another language and pick it under Language, or leave it on Detect from my text. The browser’s built-in AI handles English, Spanish, Japanese, German and French; the downloadable models are best in English; MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI handles Hindi, Hinglish and many more.
Without AI
Choose Basic mode (no AI) for a template email in English: a subject for the purpose, a greeting, an opening line, your own points, a closing line and the sign-off. It adds nothing you did not type, so it is a solid starting point you can edit.
Limitations
- AI drafts can get the tone or a detail wrong. Read every line before you send, and fill in each gap in square brackets.
- The highlight finds numbers, amounts, dates, times and names written with capitals. A new claim written without any of these can slip through.
- On-device models need a browser with WebGPU; the smallest writes English only. The cloud AI has a small shared daily allowance that resets at 05:30 IST (00:00 UTC).
- Up to about 250 words of key points; the email is up to about 250 words.
Privacy
Your email is drafted on your device where it can: in your browser’s built-in AI, or in an AI model that is downloaded from MySmartCoPilot once (its size is shown first) and then runs in your browser. Only if you choose MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI are your points and settings sent, with email addresses, phone numbers and account numbers masked first; MySmartCoPilot doesn’t store them. If the consent step offers you an outside AI service with more answers a day and you choose it, the company that runs it may keep what is sent and use it to train its AI. Nothing is ever emailed from this page: Open in mail app hands the draft to your own mail app.

Does it make things up?
It is told to use only your points and to leave a gap such as [date] for anything missing, and every new name, number or date is highlighted. A draft that leaves out most of your points is rejected before you see it.
Can it write emails in Hindi or Hinglish?
Yes. Type your points in Hindi or in Hinglish (Hindi in Roman letters) and the email follows them. Hindi and Hinglish drafts are written by MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI, which you choose in the dialog.
Will it send the email for me?
No. Nothing is sent from this page. Copy the email, or press Open in mail app to start a new message in your own mail app with the subject and body filled in, then send it yourself.
Why did it refuse my request?
It refuses scam patterns — asking for OTPs, PINs, KYC updates, card details, payments or gift-card codes, threats of blocked accounts or arrest — and emails written as a bank, a government office or a company you don’t represent. Writing to such an organisation as yourself, for example a complaint to your bank, is fine.
Is my email uploaded?
Not unless you choose the cloud option. Your browser’s built-in AI and the downloadable model run on your device. If you pick MySmartCoPilot’s cloud AI, the dialog shows exactly what is sent — with email addresses, phone numbers and account numbers replaced by placeholders — and MySmartCoPilot doesn’t store it.
