About the Online Store Builder (WhatsApp Orders, UPI & Payment-Link Checkout)

Turn a product sheet into a store of your own: a home page with search, filters and sorting, a page for every category and every product (pictures, variants with their own prices, stock), and a cart kept in the shopper’s browser with a checkout for name, phone, address, delivery or pickup and a note. Read a sheet of your own (with a column mapping), or the product CSV file of a Shopify or WooCommerce shop; add pictures and they are made smaller (WebP, or JPEG in a browser that cannot write WebP) right here.

When a shopper places an order, it opens WhatsApp or their e-mail with your shop, filled in with the order number, the items, the delivery charge (one charge, by order value or by postcode) and the total, and shows your UPI code and link with the exact amount or a product’s own payment link. If you like, each order is also kept in your own spreadsheet. Every product page gets Product structured data, social preview tags and a sitemap entry, and the footer links your privacy and refund policies.

The store is a folder of files for any web host (up to 2,000 products), or a product grid with a cart to paste into the site you have. MySmartCoPilot hosts nothing of your store, never sees an order and never touches money. Without a pass you can build the whole store and place test orders here; a Premium pass gives the store’s files and the embed code to download or copy.

    How to use it

    1. Under Products, import your product sheet (or the product CSV of a Shopify or WooCommerce shop), or add products one by one; use Add pictures to add the picture files your sheet names.
    2. Under Shop, add the shop’s name, your WhatsApp number or e-mail for orders, the currency, a logo and the colour, and the web address where the store will live.
    3. Under Delivery & checkout, choose delivery, pickup or both, and the delivery charge: one charge, by order value or by postcode.
    4. Under Payment & orders, add your UPI ID (for rupees) or other ways to pay, and switch on the order log in your own spreadsheet if you want it.
    5. Add your privacy and refund policies under Policies, then shop in the live preview: search, open a product, add it to the cart and place a test order.
    6. Under Publish, choose the whole store or the embed for your site, and take the files — with a Premium pass, or after unlocking this result; the free preview shows the list of files and the first lines of the first pages.

    Examples

A home bakery with delivery by postcode
    Input
Chocolate truffle cake 1 kg ₹850 × 1 + Red velvet cupcakes ₹360 × 2 · delivery ₹60 to the postcodes 5600* (every postcode that starts 5600), other postcodes pickup only · no delivery charge from ₹999
    Result
Subtotal ₹1,570.00, so delivery to 560004 is ₹0: total ₹1,570.00. The shopper sends “New order ORD-…” on WhatsApp with the items and the address, and sees a UPI code for exactly ₹1,570.00 with the order number in the note.
    A Shopify export with variants
    Input
A Shopify product CSV: 120 products, 340 variants, pictures on Shopify’s servers
    Result
120 product pages with their variants and prices, a page for each product type, and the pictures linked where they are; drafts and archived products are left out.
A store on the site you already have
    Input
Publish → a product grid with a cart for my existing site
    Result
One block to paste into a page of your site (in WordPress: a Custom HTML block): the products, search, the cart and the checkout, with orders on WhatsApp or by e-mail.

    Common uses

    • A home baker, caterer or kitchen taking orders on WhatsApp instead of answering every message.
    • A boutique, gift shop or crafts seller with a catalogue in a spreadsheet.
    • A shop moving away from a monthly store plan with its Shopify or WooCommerce export.
    • A wholesaler or farm selling to regular customers who pay by UPI.

    How an order reaches you

The shopper fills the cart on your store; it stays in their own browser. At checkout they give their name, phone and address, choose delivery or pickup, and press Place the order. The store works out the delivery charge and the total and shows the order: a button opens WhatsApp with your number and the whole order filled in (click to chat: the full international number, the message URL-encoded), another opens their e-mail. You confirm the order in the chat and the shopper pays you directly. With the order log on, the order is also added to your own spreadsheet by a script in your own account, which works the total out again with your prices.

    Payments straight to you

For rupees, the order shows your UPI code and a link that opens the shopper’s UPI app with your UPI ID, your payee name, the exact amount and the order number in the note (UPI deep-linking parameters; UPI payment parameters). A product can also carry its own payment link (a payment page of your bank or payment provider). The store has no card or login fields, and you check each payment in your bank or UPI app before you send the order.

Found by search engines and shared well

Every page is complete HTML before any script runs. Product pages carry Product structured data with the price, the currency and the stock (an offer range for variants), each page has its own title, description, search-engine address and share tags with the product’s picture, and sitemap.xml lists every page. Pictures you add here are made smaller in your browser (WebP, or JPEG on a white background where the browser cannot write WebP; 1,600 pixels for product pages and 600 for grids).

    Your product sheet

A sheet of your own needs a name and a price for each product; it may have a compare-at price, a category, a description, a SKU, stock (yes, no or a number), pictures (web addresses or file names), a payment link and variants (rows with the same name, each with its own variant, price and stock). A Shopify export is read with Shopify’s own columns (product CSV), under their current names or the older ones: URL handle (Handle), Title, Description (Body (HTML)), Type, Product category, Option1–3 name and value, Price (Variant Price), Compare-at price, SKU, the inventory columns, Product image URL (Image Src), Image position and Status. A WooCommerce export is read by its Type, Name, Regular price, Sale price, Categories, Images, Parent and attribute columns.

    Your shoppers’ data

Names, phone numbers and addresses go from the shopper straight to you — in WhatsApp, in their e-mail to you, and to your own spreadsheet if you use the order log. MySmartCoPilot never receives them. Say in your privacy policy what you keep and for how long, and delete old orders when you no longer need them.

    Limitations

    • It takes orders and shows how to pay; it does not take card payments or confirm that a payment arrived.
    • Stock is what you set: the store does not count down stock as orders arrive.
    • Up to 2,000 products, 100 variants and 10 pictures each. The embed suits a few hundred products best, because it carries the whole catalogue.
    • UPI is for rupees only. If the UPI link does not open the shopper’s app on their phone, the QR code and your UPI ID beside it still work.
    • Pictures you add here stay in this browser; save the project file to keep them, or to move the store to another computer.

    Privacy

Your products, settings and pictures are kept in this browser (and in project files you save yourself) and are never uploaded. Test orders in the live preview exist only in this page.

    Frequently asked questions

What do I get without a pass?

Without a pass, Online Store Builder (WhatsApp Orders, UPI & Payment-Link Checkout) shows the whole store working in the live preview with test orders under a MySmartCoPilot mark, the list of its files and the first lines of its first pages. Until you unlock it, the result can’t be downloaded or copied. A Premium or Ultimate pass, a one-time payment that never renews, unlocks the full result. The pricing page lists the passes and their prices.

    Do I need a pass?

To download the store’s files or copy the embed code, yes: a Premium pass unlocks every Premium tool. Without a pass you see a free preview of your own result: the whole store working in the live preview, test orders, the list of its files and the first lines of its first pages. Your project file always downloads.

Where do I put the store?

On any web host that serves plain files, or in a folder of your own site: upload everything in the ZIP as it is. The store needs no server program, no database and no plugins. To sell on a site you already have, choose the embed and paste one block into a page.

Does MySmartCoPilot see my orders or my money?

No. Orders go from the shopper’s browser to your WhatsApp, your e-mail and, if you use it, your own spreadsheet. Payments go straight to your UPI ID or your payment link. Nothing of your store is hosted by MySmartCoPilot.

    Can I change prices later?

Yes. Open this page in the same browser (or open your project file), change the products, make the files again and upload them over the old ones. If you use the order log, paste its new script too, so it knows the new prices.

What about my Shopify or WooCommerce store?

Export the products from it as a CSV file and import that file here: products, variants, prices, descriptions, types or categories and picture addresses are read. Pictures on their servers keep working while those addresses do; add the picture files here to put copies in your own store.
