About the Stream Overlay Maker
Build a matching stream package in your own colours, font and logo. Make Starting Soon, Be Right Back and Ending scenes, webcam borders, lower thirds, alert boxes, chat frames and 320×160 channel panels. On the scene, move elements by dragging them or by editing labelled coordinates; the keyboard arrow keys also move the selected element. Preview your overlay over original sample game artwork in 1080p or 720p proportions. With a Pro pass, export the scenes as MP4 loops, transparent WebM where supported or PNG sequences, and the frames and panels as transparent PNG files. The self-contained HTML browser source embeds your logo and optional font and makes no outside requests. The free preview is marked, with still images at preview size and clips limited to their first half; a Pro pass opens the whole package.
How to use it
- Choose Starting Soon, BRB or Ending, then enter your title, subtitle and channel name.
- Set colours and a font, load your own logo if desired, and add or position text, webcam, alert, chat and lower-third elements.
- Set a countdown and choose a short video loop or the complete timer. A local HTML browser source keeps counting continuously while loaded.
- With a Pro pass, download PNG assets individually or as a matching package, scene video, PNG frames or the HTML source.
Using the browser source
Use a local file rather than a hosted URL. The file contains its own CSS animation, countdown, logo and optional custom font. OBS Browser Source documentation explains the Local file setting and viewport dimensions.
Limitations
- A countdown inside a short looping video restarts when the clip loops. Choose the complete countdown video or the continuous HTML source for a long timer.
- Transparent WebM depends on the browser’s encoder; PNG frames are the transparency fallback.
- The HTML file is a local browser source. In OBS, choose Local file and a 1920×1080 viewport; the source restarts its countdown when unloaded and loaded again.
- MySmartCoPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by OBS Studio or Streamlabs. Templates and sample artwork are MySmartCoPilot’s own.

Frequently asked questions
What do I get without a pass?
Without a pass, Stream Overlay Maker shows your design at preview size and the first half of its scene with a moving watermark, while all complete assets and browser-source code stay locked. Until you unlock it, the result can’t be downloaded or saved to your device. A Pro, Premium or Ultimate pass, a one-time payment that never renews, unlocks the full result. The pricing page lists the passes and their prices.
What does the free preview show?
The current design is marked; image previews are limited in size and video previews stop after the first half, up to ten seconds. Complete exports require a Pro pass.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The processing engine may download from MySmartCoPilot, but your files and completed design stay on your own device.
Can every browser make the same video formats?
No. The tool checks the selected encoder, dimensions and transparency support. Use PNG frames if your browser cannot encode the chosen video format; a capability check is not a promise of universal hardware support.
