About the CPC Calculator
Solve cost per click, budget or expected click count and compare the result with explicitly supplied acquisition and order economics. Show separate CPA, gross-profit and target revenue-ROAS ceilings, then the tighter ceiling that satisfies both margin and ROAS.
The free preview shows counts and a share of your real rows. A Premium pass opens the complete calculations and reports; each result stays bound to its current input and assumptions.
How to use it
- Load the example, then replace it with your own CSV or TSV using the shown header. Leave only the field to solve blank where instructed.
- Read each row and its stated formula, assumptions and errors. All amounts must use one consistent currency and time window.
- Compare the complete rows with a pass, then copy or download CSV/TXT/report. Editing, reset, cancel and leaving invalidate the current result.
Examples
name,spend,clicks,cpc,target_cpa,conversion_rate_percent,order_value,margin_percent,target_roas Search,1000,250,,50,4,100,40,3 Plan,1200,,2,50,4,100,40,3
spend 1,000 and 250 clicks give CPC 4; target CPA 50 and conversion 4% give a CPA-based CPC ceiling 2.
Method and official references
Google Ads: cost per click describes the metric or channel reference. Fill exactly two of spend, clicks and cpc, leaving one blank. Optional ceilings need conversion_rate_percent plus target_cpa, or order_value, margin_percent and target_roas.
What the result means
Ceilings are gross-profit break-even scenarios before unentered costs. They are not an observed auction price or a recommended bid. Fractional click estimates are shown separately from whole clicks affordable.
Limitations
- Ceilings are gross-profit break-even scenarios before unentered costs. They are not an observed auction price or a recommended bid. Fractional click estimates are shown separately from whole clicks affordable.
- A maximum 1 MiB text batch protects local memory; it is not a plan or row-count quota. No URL is followed, no Analytics account is accessed, and no exchange rate or observed performance is invented.

Your URLs, table cells and assumptions stay on this device. Parsing never follows links. Every complete report export uses the current result gate.
Frequently asked questions
What do I get without a pass?
Without a pass, CPC Calculator shows counts and a share of real result rows; complete calculations, assumptions and exports open with a pass. Until you unlock it, the result can’t be downloaded or copied. A Premium or Ultimate pass, a one-time payment that never renews, unlocks the full result. The pricing page lists the passes and their prices.
How do I compare multiple rows?
Paste a CSV/TSV table with the shown header and one case per row. Tagged links instead use one URL per line. Invalid rows remain explicit and are not reported as calculated values.
Does this prove real campaign performance?
Ceilings are gross-profit break-even scenarios before unentered costs. They are not an observed auction price or a recommended bid. Fractional click estimates are shown separately from whole clicks affordable.
What can I copy without a pass?
Your own input stays available. The free preview shows counts and a share of computed rows; full calculations, reports and result exports open with the stated pass.
