About Strike Zone Shootout
An original penalty-style shootout: hold to charge a power meter, then pick one of nine cells on the target grid to decide where your shot goes. The goalkeeper reacts with a difficulty-tunable dive pattern, so a well-placed, well-powered shot beats a correct guess more often than not.
Play best-of-5 as the kicker, then swap into keeper mode to defend against the same grid-aim mechanic from the other side.
How to play
- Hold Space, click, or tap to charge your shot’s power.
- Use the arrow keys or tap a grid cell to choose where you are aiming.
- Release to take the shot; a well-timed, well-placed shot is harder for the keeper to save.
- Win best-of-5 as the kicker, then swap to keeper mode and dive to save the AI’s shots.
Controls

Frequently asked questions
Is this based on a real team or league?
No — Strike Zone Shootout uses no real team names, league names, logos, kit designs or player likenesses. It is an original charge-and-aim shootout game.
What is keeper mode?
After you finish best-of-5 as the kicker, the game swaps your role: you now dive to save shots from an AI kicker using the same target-grid mechanic.
Does the keeper always guess correctly?
No — the keeper’s dive is a seeded-random pattern tuned by difficulty, so a well-aimed, well-powered shot beats a correct guess more often than not.
