How it helps
One line to start from, in every format
Start each post with "Ad", then say in plain words that you earn a commission. The guide shows where that line goes in 17 formats, from blog posts and long videos to stories, live streams and channel posts, and the words to avoid.
Where the regulators differ, and the line that fits them all
The US FTC, the UK CMA and India's ASCI do not agree on every label: "Affiliate" is on ASCI's list of labels but among the CMA's words to avoid, and the FTC says "affiliate link" alone may not be understood. The labels table sets their own words side by side, each quotation with its source.
Every program, link and payment in one workbook
Note each program's terms, threshold and payment days, give each link an ID, and copy each month's figures from the program's report. The workbook works out net commission, conversion rate, EPC and reversals, what was paid and what is still owed by your records, and when each link and each set of terms is due for a check.
A disclosure check for every post
Answer six questions about a post: where the disclosure is, whether it shows without "more", whether it is said and shown in a video, its language and its words. The workbook says what to fix.
Checked formula by formula
LibreOffice Calc recalculated all 16,446 formulas of each workbook and every formula in 17 test cases, from an empty workbook to large, negative, leap-day and mixed-currency entries, and matched our reference figures in every cell.

Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. It is general information written from the regulators' own published words, with each quotation's source and the date it was read. The rules where you and your audience live decide what is required.
Which countries does it cover?
It quotes the US Federal Trade Commission, the UK Competition and Markets Authority, the EU's Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and, for India, the Central Consumer Protection Authority's guidelines and ASCI's guidelines for influencers. The line to start from follows all of them.
Does the tracker connect to my affiliate accounts?
No. You copy each program's monthly figures from its own report. The workbook has no macros, no links to other files and no connection to the internet, so your figures stay in your file.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes, it is made for it: upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. Google Sheets does not keep Excel's sheet protection, so type only in the blue cells.
Can I use the templates for my clients?
Yes. The commercial licence lets you copy the disclosure lines and template wording into your own posts and pages and into finished work you make for clients. You may not resell or share the templates, the guide or the workbooks themselves.
Does it promise any results?
No. It helps you disclose clearly and keep accurate records; what you earn depends on your audience and your programs. Every number in the examples is invented.
Is any of it in Hindi?
The guide and templates are in English, with 7 disclosure lines in Hindi, in Devanagari and in Roman letters, for posts made in Hindi.
How is it different from the Affiliate Link Manager tool on MySmartCoPilot?
