Bulk QR Code Generator (CSV to ZIP or Print Sheets)
A spreadsheet in, a ZIP or printable label sheets out — every code checked to scan.
1. Your list
2. What each code holds
| Row | Code content | Status |
|---|
3. Style for every code
Higher levels survive scuffs and logos but make denser codes. The standard quiet zone is 4 modules of empty space round the code.
Add your list to see the first code here.
4. Files
The settings or the list changed after these files were made, so they do not match them. Select Make the codes again to update them.
| Row | Problem |

These are static QR codes: what they open is stored in the code itself, so they keep working for ever, with no redirect, tracking or account — and they do not depend on MySmartCoPilot. Your list never leaves your device.
About the Bulk QR Code Generator (CSV to ZIP or Print Sheets)
Turn a list into QR codes in one go: paste one item per line, or upload a CSV or Excel file and choose which columns go where. Make codes for web links, text, SKUs and asset IDs, UPI payment links with an amount and note, WhatsApp chat links, contact cards (vCards), Wi-Fi networks, emails, calls and text messages — hundreds or thousands at a time.
Every code gets the same style — colours, error correction, quiet zone, an optional logo in the middle and a caption underneath — and is read back after it is made, so a logo or colour that stops codes from scanning is caught before you print. Download PNG or SVG files in a ZIP named from a column, one PDF per code, or A4 or US Letter label sheets (2 × 7, 3 × 8, 4 × 10 or your own grid) with crop marks. Everything runs in your browser; the list is never uploaded.
How to use it
- Paste your list (one code per line, or cells copied from a spreadsheet), or choose Upload CSV or Excel and pick the file. Tick The first row holds column names if it does.
- Choose the Content — links, text, UPI, WhatsApp, contacts, Wi-Fi … — and which column feeds each field. A field can also take the same value for every code, such as one UPI ID with a different amount per row.
- Pick where the file names and captions come from, and set the colours, error correction, quiet zone, PNG width and an optional logo. The preview shows the first code and whether it scans.
- Choose the files: PNG, SVG, one PDF per code, or label sheets (paper, grid, margins, crop marks). Keep Read every code back on.
- Select Make the codes, check the list of rows that need attention, then download.
Examples
CSV: AssetID, Location · Content: Text, SKUs or asset IDs → AssetID · Caption from AssetID · Label sheets A4, 4 × 10
A PDF of 40 labels a page, each a QR code of the asset ID with the ID printed under it, with crop marks for cutting
Paste: https://example.com/menu?table=1 … ?table=24 · Caption: the content · Logo 20%, error correction H
24 PNGs with the logo in the middle, every one confirmed to scan
CSV: Invoice, Amount · UPI ID: the same for every code (shop@okaxis) · Payee: the same (Asha Stores) · Amount → Amount · Note → Invoice · File names from Invoice
INV-1001.png … each opening the payer’s UPI app with the amount and invoice number filled in
CSV: Name, Mobile · Content: WhatsApp chat links → Mobile (with country code) · Caption from Name
One code per salesperson, opening https://wa.me/<number> on the customer’s phone
Common uses
- Asset and inventory tags, SKU labels and serial-number stickers.
- Payment codes for invoices, events or stalls, each with its own amount.
- Table, room or seat codes for restaurants, hotels and venues.
- Business-card contact codes for a whole team.
- Wi-Fi codes for every room or floor of a building.
Static codes: they never expire
These are static QR codes: the link or text is stored inside the code itself. They keep working for as long as the link they hold works, need no account, show no ads and send scans through no redirect — nothing depends on MySmartCoPilot. The other side of that: a printed code cannot be changed later. To be able to change the destination, encode a link you control (a page on your own site) and update that page instead.
Getting codes that scan
- Keep the quiet zone — 4 modules of empty space round the code is the standard (ISO/IEC 18004). Captions are placed below it, never inside it.
- Use dark modules on a light background with good contrast; light-on-dark codes fail on some scanners.
- A logo hides part of the code: use error correction Q or H (H recovers about 30% of the code) and keep the logo at 20–25%. The read-back check tells you which rows still fail.
- Shorter content makes simpler codes that scan from further away; print codes larger for long links and for scanning across a room.
- Test one printed sheet with the phones your customers use before printing thousands.
Content formats
- Links are checked and get
https://when it is missing. - UPI codes use NPCI’s
upi://paylink (paUPI ID,pnpayee name, optionalamamount in rupees andtnnote,cu=INR) — the same format as the QR Code Generator. The payer’s app shows the payee and amount and asks for their PIN; nothing is paid without it. - WhatsApp codes use the click-to-chat link
https://wa.me/<number>, with the full number in international format (country code, no leading 0, no + or dashes) and an optional pre-filled message. - Contacts are vCard 3.0 cards; Wi-Fi codes use the
WIFI:format that iPhone and Android cameras read (security WPA, WEP or none).
Label sheets
Label sheets place one code per cell of an even grid inside the page margins, with an optional gap between cells, crop marks in the margins and dotted cutting lines. The grids (2 × 7, 3 × 8, 4 × 10 or your own) are generic: to print on pre-cut sticker sheets, measure your sheet and set the margins and gap to match, then print one test page at actual size (100%, no scaling) and hold it against a sticker sheet before printing the rest.
Limitations
- Up to 5,000 codes at a time. A QR code holds at most 2,953 bytes of text at error correction L and 1,273 at H; longer rows are listed as problems.
- The read-back check uses one decoder (zxing) on a clean digital copy: printing, lighting and phone cameras add their own problems, so test a printed sample.
- Codes are square with square modules: rounded dots, gradients and frames are not offered, because they make codes harder to scan.
- Label grids are generic, not matched to a particular brand of sticker sheet: set the margins and gap to your sheet.

Frequently asked questions
Will my QR codes stop working?
No. They are static codes: the content is inside the code, so they work for as long as the link or text in them is valid, with no account, subscription or MySmartCoPilot server involved.
How do I make QR codes from an Excel sheet?
Choose Upload CSV or Excel, pick the file (and the sheet), tick The first row holds column names, choose the content type and match each field to a column. File names and captions can come from columns too.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Select Add a logo and set its size. Error correction switches to H so the code can lose the part under the logo, and every code is read back to confirm it still scans.
How do I print them on sticker sheets?
Tick Label sheets to print, choose the paper and labels per page, and set the margins and gap to match your sheet. Print at actual size (100%) — crop marks show where to cut.
Is my data uploaded?
No. The list is read, encoded and drawn in your browser, and the ZIP and PDF files are made on your device.
Why does a row say it does not scan?
The code was made but could not be read back — usually a logo that covers too much, low colour contrast, light-on-dark colours or a PNG width too small for the code. Make the logo smaller, raise the error correction or use darker modules, then make the codes again.
